Amazing facial treatments, the products used are lovely and I always stick to the regime provided. So pleased with the results. Very friendly passionate therapist who I would highly recommend.

After years of extremely dry sensitive skin, and spending £100's on skin products that didn't work, Mel suggested a treatment plan which actually worked and has completely transformed my skin. I wish I'd consulted her sooner.

I rarely write reviews but Neverland really deserves one. I can’t recommend Neverland Skincare enough. From the initial consultation which is followed up with a detailed report, to the suggestions of products to suit your skin (at different price points) and treatments that leave your skin glowing. Mel not only knows skin like nobody else but is the loveliest lady you will ever meet and makes you feel completely at ease and ordering my products from her is quick and easy. Highly recommend Neverland Skincare!

I had a skin consultation with Mel a couple of months ago and received a full report following a number of tests Mel did, the very same day. Mel was so knowledgeable and clearly very passionate on skin care products and helping to find the right ones for her clients. I have since used a number of products that Mel recommended and my skin has never felt better, I’m so pleased! 😁 I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mel (In fact I have to a number of friends & family). I just wish I had booked in my skin consultation appointment sooner, having spent years trialing lots of products to suit my skin and wasting plenty of money doing so! Thanks so much Mel 😊

Honestly what Mel doesn’t know about skincare isn’t worth knowing, she’s not a dermatologist as they look primarily at fixing the immediate issue and not skin health whereas Mel looks at the issue and how best to treat it and then looking forwards what would keep your skin in its optimum health.

Melissa offers the best service. Always available to answer any questions you may have. From my 1st consultation she has been amazing, recommending changes when required. She is not out to take your money, she is very professional. I would have no hesitation recommending her.

What can I say? Mel is a legend. What she doesn’t know about skin is not worth knowing. She is a class act and I am forever getting compliments on my skin because I follow her advice and the regime she has tailor made for me religiously!
