I would give 0 if it were an option. Ordered on July 11th, said shipped. As of January 25th- nothing. I've tried contacting them- nothing. Do not order from here.

I never received my product (ordered almost 5 months ago)! I have also contacted them via email twice with no response to date.

If I could give this company a 0 I definitely would!! Have been waiting months for my order and never received it. Not to mention everytime I email this company I get no reply what so ever !! This is so disgusting and the company should be very ashamed of themselves. You guys are stealing money from your customers. Before anyone buys anything from this company PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they will steal your money!!!!!!

I never received this order from June. I have been waiting 5 months, but never had a shipment notification.

I never received their product. The 4 tubes of Nevle Green Tea Facial Mask never arrived. After my money { $71.90 } was paid via PayPal and receiving Nevle's automatic order confirmation, I never heard back from Nevle again. There was no shipping confirmation, no tracking number emailed to me, and no one from Nevle followed up with me on why there was a delay with my shipping. I understand the USPS is slow with their deliveries, and i just thought my package was delayed, but not one peep from Nevle after they took my money. Frankly, I feel scammed and this experience with Nevle will deter me from purchasing from them again.

I ordered a product beginning of the year and up to date have not received anything. Upon further inquiry, I have UP TO DATE not received ANY reply or clarification... NO REFUND!

Now I received this feedback email out of the blue...?? Not quite sure if I am a one-off... I hope so. Otherwise I would not trust this company.

Could not deliver ordered product, give a valid email address, nor respond to my website page query for help. Lack of response caused me to submi a credit card dispute. Would give negative stars if I could.

Nevle is a literal scam. They took my money and never sent the product. Emails to their support were undeliverable. I had to dispute the claim through PayPal, and Nevle never even bothered to respond to that. Do not buy anything from these criminals.

I never got my green tea mask! Ordered it in June, sent a follow up email last month to see where it was and never heard back from anyone. Would love either my product in the mail or my money back please!

I never received my product. No communication about it. No shipment notifications, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered your product in June 4 and never received it to an Ashtabula, Ohio address which I was visiting family. The company took out $38 in my account but in unfulfilled my order. I’ve emailed them many times and never received an email or any payment back or product.

I did not receive the product. I contacted the seller twice but no response. Luckily I used Paypal when paying so I could get a refund. This seller is just bad.
