I ordered a shirt. It came with a stain. I emailed customer service and they said send pictures and I did. Then they said to wait to hear from them and I haven't heard anything. Stopping payment.

I purchased 2 different sweaters. They are true to size, not undersized at all, so order your normal size.

Good clothing and good prizes from my point of view. Got one pants in the wrong size, but instead of an expensive return shippment they offered the same pants in the right size for 30$ extra, whats below the original prize, and i can keep the old one. Support was fast, Donna was very kind and friendly. Just can recommend :)

When I accidentally ordered my sweater in the wrong size the Nevstudio team was really supportive in fixing the issue extremely fast.

Made a mistake with an order and sent out an email as soon as I can being very detailed. Got an email back a bit after saying that someone would get to me in 24 hours. Then got another email later in the day that my email will be responding to soon. Then next day got a response. They were not kidding about their time of response and were able to help with my order with the upmost efficiency as well as giving me a 20% off discount for my troubles. This is what customer service needs to be more like now and days. Thank you so much.

I spoke with the customer service and they provided me with a replacement with no issues, very satisfied and happy with their products and quality of their brand.
