Nicki was incredibly helpful and pro-active throughout the process of buying my first property. Her persistance with all other parties involved also meant I was able to dodge stamp duty which without her help I don't think would have been possible! Thanks Nicki!

I was in the position of purchasing my very first property and I have had lack of experience with the whole process. I didn’t even know what the expectations were towards me from a legal point of view. Unfortunately my solicitor wasn’t helpful at all, did not tell me what I needed to do, so I used to ran out of time fulfilling the tasks.

However, the vendor’s solicitor -New Move- contacted me as well just to update me of their half what has been done. I asked the company’s solicitor if she could advise me about my next steps and she was always extremely helpful, patient, supportive, reliable, responsive, helped me a lot and I felt so less stressed. I was able to complete every task before the deadlines. She made the whole process a lot easier so I can only recommend them! Definitely 5 stars service

What can I say… these people are incredible! I purchased a house which NewMove was involved with within the chain and they were absolutely amazing!
The chain wasn’t the easiest and there was a lot of stressful times which would have been so much worse if Ashleigh wasn’t involved. She’s amazing… always keeping us up to date and pushing for answers from the necessary people which is just what you need when things start looking slow and negative. This review does no justice for what she deserves… I can’t thank them enough!

Ashleigh at New Move was the only ray of sunshine in what has been the most stressful time of my life. When selling my house she consistently managed to motivate people to act efficiently including the land registry and former solicitors even when it wasn’t on their priority list. If it wasn’t for her I am confident we still wouldn’t have completed. Not only that but she kept me updated at all times with a friendly message or personable email even when things were out of her hands. Absolutely brilliant couldn’t have asked for anyone better on the team. Thank you again!

As a first time buyer I lacked a lot of knowledge and had anxiety around the whole process. Ashleigh was amazing… I had a million questions and she was able to answer every one and was full of knowledge! The process was so fast and streamline I would recommend to anyone!
