The Grabone system offers great deals until something goes wrong.

In our case we wanted to take four adults and a child on a boat trip. The system would not let me book the tickets together so purchased four adult tickets. Then went to purchase a child ticket but had to buy another adult ticket.

GrabOne declined to be involved until legal action was mentioned. After confirming with the boat operator GrabOne provided a credit but not a refund. This process was most unhelpful

Products straight from china and just rip off clones of quality products not a good idea

They don't give refunds.
They advertise low prices and then try and upsell you on items that should be included in the original price

GrabOne Kept Us Up To Date With Courier & Delivery & Replied To Our Email The Same Day. We Received Our Product Within The Timeframe Allocated & The Package Arrived Safely. Samantha At GrabOne Very Much So Looked After Us & Were Very Grateful To Be Able To Get Our Item Online As We Do Not Have A Trademe Account. Would Definitely Recommend GrabOne For Online Shopping. 5 Star Overall Experience With GrabOne & 5 Star For Our Product We Purchased Through GrabOne….

Bought a coupon. Instructions say must book via phone. Call the phone number 3 days running numerous time to no answer.

Then contact grabone via email to request email, no response after 5 days.

A terrible experience. Take my money but I get nothing in return.

Please provide my refund ASAP.

Don’t know why I didn’t think to look here for the BAD reviews and boy I’m not surprised. What I am suprised though is that they can reply to people on here but not sort out the basic issues.
Like many we purchased GrabOne Coupons (this was for Char grill Mt Wellington) & of course COVID hits in August when they are about to expire.
I get in contact with GrabOne as I noticed this place isn’t operating during Lockdown & the vouchers haven’t been extended like the Rest of the merchants have done with the coupons.
PS: Your only dealing with 3x Women from GrabOne.
When they wish to ignore you they send you out the “ we didn’t receive your email please reply to Returns@grabone”
After so many countless emails reminding them that your still alive & would like an update on the situation they continue to send automated emails like “ sorry we can’t get a hold of the merchant we will contact you when we hear back”
It’s been months now of just trying to get an extension that’s all I wanted why is this so hard for you guys to do surely GrabOne isn’t this outdated?
So when that fell on deaf ears I asked if a refund was possible?
I was shocked they received it & all it’s entirety finally they replied “Sorry your request for a Good gesture Refund we are happily declining you”
Because of our terms and conditions we don’t give refunds.
If yous can’t get a hold of a merchant then yous should do the right thing & automatically Extend it or offer GrabOne credit to help support other nz businesses out there that could use the $.
Also why you guys make another new.GrabOne with Trustpilot ?

I bought a $290 HelloFresh Gift Voucher as a Christmas time for named recipient off Grabone, it turns out the recipient had already used HelloFresh before and was not eligible to use the voucher.
Hello Fresh said I could contact Grabone for a refund.
Grabone don’t have a phone number so you need to email them, and it takes a day each time to get back to you.
Grabone could not offer me a refund because ‘Hello Fresh hadn’t done anything wrong’ even though no products have been freighted or services used.
When pushed further Grabone obtained a refund from HelloFresh but only gave me credit on my Grabone account! So they have there money back but I am forced to use it on more poor quality products that I don’t need.
This will be the last they see of any of my money.
