Life changing. Don’t want to sound too cliche, but this programme is exactly that. I first started working with these guys in 2022. At that time I was 6 years into the business, always struggling the ends meet, barely making any money, mainly coaching PT’s and having very low members in my group programme after loosing a lot of them in the covid period.
When i joined NCA i was re- starting up as an outdoor bootcamp, didn’t have real structure for my front end offer ( 6 weeks transformation), no clear structure in my ads I was running on top of that I was massively overcharging and was feeling lost and disappointed.
NCA programme provided everything from A to Z: structure to my 6 weeks transformation programme, offer, took care of my ads, scripts, copy, crm, taught how to pitch ) provided exact sales script. Even though it was uncomfortable and hard to believe myself to sell my services at higher price point, everything changed when i made my first sale.
That led to better cashflow to spend on ads, improve services, and move further in life. I still use principals i learn from them.
I was scared to invest in the programme as it was big risk to spend money and don’t really have, but honestly it payed many times over. I own a group training gym now and honestly i wouldn’t be here if on that consult I wouldn’t have over come my fear, took a risk and said yes.
So if you reading this while sitting on the fence - go for it.

Started working with the guys at NCA back in October 2025 with a view to growing and maxing out our Group Fitness facility, and have to say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Tim and Andy really know how to drive your business forward. They give you structure, guidelines but more importantly an immense amount of accountability and motivation. The team around them make the boring side away from the gym floor engaging but also explain it in terms any coach can understand and begin to become a real and efficient gym owner. Having worked with a few different agencies, I've been very impressed with the results with NCA and the speed with which we've been able to launch a new campaign after only a couple of weeks on the programme, generating over 40 leads and 12 consults in the first week of running ads. The accountability and coaching has also been a huge help in building confidence creating ad content and conducting sales consults. The strategies are working well so far and I look forward to continuing to work with Tim, Andy and Scott.

Lightbulb moments!

Having been to the event day in November, I now feel I am set up with a solid plan of action to head into the last weeks of the year and start up the new year with confidence.

It clearly works, and not only from today but also from speaking to other members of their course - i can see how!

Went to their ‘Q1 Accelerator Event’ in November, and took away so much from the day.
