My order arrived fast, my questions were answered quickly and satisfying. There was a little issue; the confirmation order email had only the insurance contact information. I had to contact through the store. Reason for contact: a big gift included which I thought was a mistake.

Fast, friendly service every time I order from them. Always quick and efficient to resolve any questions or queries. Great to deal with, always.

Updated after i emailed with customer service:
I ordered for the first time and everything went nice and smooth.
I ordered two kits, one with pearls, those stink quite a bit and some are broken, but i got the info from customer support that the producer adds an extra 30% so that is good to know.
The cross stitch one is a phoenix from mona lisa, and it is more of a pixeled version of the picture (I was expecting that tbh), and the fabric is very stiff and hard to work.
So as long as you are aware that you get a pixeled version of the picture and the colors might differ, you're good to go.
What irks me too is that here are only 5 star reviews, and on the page as well. I wrote a 2 star review for the pearl kit that has not been published.
My guess i now that that is from the really good customer service, they are really trying their best.
But what still irks me is that the site has no company information or adress, and there is nothing like that in the service emails either.

Newcraftday is a company you can trust. They have a large variety of cute and pretty diamond painting kits etc.You get your order very quickly considering how far it has to travel. Payment is easy and safe. It is now the only place I go to for all my kits. Thanks again for your good service.

I won a gift card so thought I would order and check them out. It glitched when I went to order and I got alerted to unauthorized charges to my card. Still was going to give them a try. They wiped the gift card I won and I got nothing but debit card hassles. Be wary

I am very happy with Newcraftday. They have Great paintings! Very beautiful and clear canvases! And the drills are beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend them! And they are a low budget company!

Since I started to order from new craft day I've had no problems, each order was received in good condition and on time. This is the first time I've had an issue but the customer care has gone above and beyond to find replacement fir two items which are out of stock. I can't thank them enough for this.

I sent an email regarding my order and they responded overnight. They explained some of the order was out of stock delaying the postage time, but they offered to bump up the postage time and ask the warehouse to make mine the first to be posted within the next few days. I feel confident that they will do what they say they will do.
