Very misleading…. I was over 1/2 way through applying for a VA cash out loan before I saw the outrageous fees they charge. The VA loan might have a slightly lower interest rate but the random fees are a joke. TV commercials are so dishonest. I’m trying to warn my fellow veterans. New Loan Mortgage Team-Specifically Kyle Caskie and his team. We took a year to sell our home and buy another home. Kyle and His team "hung right in there" with us the whole time. Kyle always called with the same consistently Professional and kind countenance. There was never a time that we were made to feel any type of negative way even though our process was indeed very long I would think compared to most. We have used New Day before and actually Kyle and his team took care of us both times. Same consistent service. We are so pleased with how our documentation and loan process from the beginning with application process to closing. We are both veterans and we appreciate their attention to fine details, knowledge of laws and they did everything they could for us to make things as smooth as possible for our process. Thank you New Day USA for your genuine treatment of our wonderful nation's veterans and for taking such amazing care of us. Kyle Caskie would be an asset I would continue to hold close as a company; He is a great representation of Customer Care and a great human being!

Very disappointed with New Day USA - the lender failed to deed the property back to the trust as Instructed reultung in a probate petition filing. Multiple emails to the company have gone unanswered. I'd like to speak with the retired Admiral directly at this point. Totally unacceptable.

Alex! We are in our upper 70's and not quite as sharp as a hard charging Captain of Marines of old. Alex has the patience of a saint and was always there for our questions and keeping us advised of the paper flow.
After our closing you should be giving Alex a vacation!

Brandon Conover kept me updated which was really good, but when it came to signing the final papers the notary never showed up, no call or anything. When you have worked with someone for weeks and then the person doesn’t show up to sign it’s very disappointing. I used NewDay 5 years ago and sent 3 friends to refi….not again
