This company’s operational and customer…

This company’s operational and customer service side need a complete overhaul. Their shipping times are atrocious and good luck getting any customer service rep to give yo any information.
This is my first time ordering one of their products online and you can bet and believe it will be the last. As a matter of fact, I won’t be buying any of their products because they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Late

Like others. I am writing this only on shipping side as my order is late. I don't know what the point of New Era charging for shipping if we are not even getting our products on time. I think I will just buy my has in store moving forward.

the website has gone downhill so much

the website has gone downhill so much, the search bar rarely works. I have the hardest time finding the new releases. I never get any notifications anymore. there business practices seem out dated, with no regard to the consumers.

I bought this crème colored LA boonie…

I bought this crème colored LA boonie hat which cost me $40 plus. It’s a medium one which is my size and it’s tight besides the texture is not what it looks like in the picture. It’s so thin like it’s made of paper. I regret buying this one I could have returned it instead.

I am very happy with my Grizzlies cap

The reviews here are suspicious. Shipping was fast and the fitted Memphis Grizzlies cap was high quality and perfect. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but don’t believe them. I’m happy with my New Era Caps purchase.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Do not buy anything from them. They shipped to the wrong address. No refund, they didn't even ship me another hat. Company sucks!

Typical corporate greed company

Typical corporate greed company. Shipping time is horrible. Product quality has decreased dramatically. New Era was the leader in sports caps for years but it looks the party's over. They seem to be falling in line with numerous other companies, sacrificing quality over quantity and poor customer satisfaction. If I see their product out in the wild I "might" purchase (depending on quality), but will never order from their awful website. There are better alternatives these days.

I will never buy from this company…

I will never buy from this company again. Shipping is slow as I'd sent at turtle slow speed. Perhaps they don't have enough personnel to fill orders. Whatever the case I will never buy from this company again.

I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Shipping time and estimate has been awful.

2.5 weeks later and only just been dispatched AFTER contacting customer care.

Unhelpful regarding the situation as cap was ordered as a gift for a holiday which we won’t receive the item in time for and NOW as we are away a full month will also be unable to return within the 28 day returns policy.

(Live in an apartment and so the concierge will take in the parcel for us when it finally arrives).

Extremely unhelpful and advise against ordering from them.

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I wish I could give them zero star I like their hats but the shipping process and the customer service is the worst I wouldn't recommend placing a order with them , I wish I had read the reviews before ordering . I made a order 2 weeks now and still no shipping notice customer service doesn’t answer I have tried contacting them over and over I got a response like once telling me it takes 5-7 days to process before shipping who does that???? And still after the 5-7 business has gone still no shipping!!!! Absurd!!!! and wait it doesn't end there they wont refund your money they wont cancel your order. I don't know who is in charge of this business but they need to go back to the drawing board and get it together . Even after I express the order was gift they still haven't shipped or make any effort to get back to me , it has been a headache for my own money I have spent . i will report this to the BBB they cant continue to running a business like this

how can such a big and trusted company…

how can such a big and trusted company be so bad!? a hat company who just shoves 3 hats in a tiny box all hats creased bills bent.... shipping takes forever ever time. the hats are obviously amazing that's why people buy them but come on get better!!!
ps sizes are so inconsistent. half the time I need a 7 1/8 the other 7 1/4. how am I supposed to choose buying online?

I should have read all the reviews before I ordered, like I usually do….who can screw up Yankee hats, right?
How the hell can I order hats on August 29…and get them on September 13? Hopefully…

They are using FEDEX(thank God it’s not UPS)…did they have to create the hats by hand? This is the SLOWEST process I’ve ever seen…FOR HATS.
YEP. HATS. I’ve gotten TVs and furniture delivered faster. My first time….and, my last time dealing with New Era.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service.. no way to speak to anyone.. it says due to health crisis no one there to speak with.. they need to get with the times, that was over 4 years ago!!! NO CHAT either.. then they say may take up to 4 days to return email... HORRIBLE NEW ERA!! HORRIBLE !!! will NOT be returning!!

I should have looked at the reviews. Shipping takes forever. Just shop for hats @Lids, NFL shop, MLB shop, NBA shop. This company is located in China. Go figure! Never again. They lost a customer on the first time purchasing.

I was robbed of my money by New Era

I ordered 3 hats from this company. One day I received an email saying the hats had been delivered. I checked my front porch and nothing was there. I tried to contact the company but there is no way to speak to anyone. I sent them an email. No response. A couple days later I received another email saying the hats would be delivered that day. Once again no hats delivered. I contacted the carrier and they said that nothing could be done from them that I had to contact the vendor. So I wrote another email. This time someone responded and basiclly to me that they would not send out any replacements nor would they issue a refund. He also told me that my only recourse was to dispute this with my credit card company. I did file a dispute. I feel that this company and their practices are very unethical. I will never do business with them again and will warn my family and friends not to do business as well. The real kicker was after all this I sent another email to try and get resolution. The response I got this time was that they could not find any account or order for me. Beware of this shady company

Hats yes - Customer service NO

The hats are nice, I'll give them that. But if something happens where you want to exchange, forget it. You have to return and re-order losing whatever discounts or free shipping you originally received. Also, the return process is terrible. Returning is pretty easy, getting the refund takes way too long. It took almost 3 weeks for my refund to post to my account after they received the merchandise. Then there is no customer service to speak of. You can't speak to anyone and the only form of communication is the "help" button or email. Then you get a canned response saying you have to wait for an actual response. Then the actual response is also a scripted/canned response that doesn't actually answer your questions and basically just told me to wait longer for my refund. I am still waiting on a 2nd refund. We are at 10 business days for this refund and all I can do is wait and hope since there is no one I can actually contact about it. The hats are nice, but they are too expensive for this lack of customer service. Do better.

Hat went on sale between my purchase and it being delivered. New Era won’t honor the still active sale price.

I love the products and have been a long time New Era Cap wearer, but I will no longer do business with New Era Cap as a company. I ordered a few hats on one order and paid full price. One hat was $37 and it dropped to $19 before I ever received it. I contacted New Era Cap asking if they can do a price adjustment for me and they said it was against their policy. I hope that $18 dollars is worth all the future business they just lost. In addition to this issue, they use FedEx to ship everything and I have nothing but problems with FedEx deliveries. I will never do business with New Era Cap again. I don’t believe in rewarding companies that don’t take care of their customers. It's not like I missed a sale. I paid full price for a product that went on sale before it ever hit my doorstep. I can still buy this hat at the sale price because the sale price is still active on their website, so it's not like I'm asking them to honor a sale that I was late for. Companies that don't treat their customers right do not deserve the business.

Shipped me a hat in a flattened and ripped open box. All wet and stinky with no way to return it and they want me to go buy a box instead of sending a replacement with a box a can use. This along with the fact they don't make Tampa bay in low profiles anymore make this company a pathetic company! I'm done with these pathetic losers
