Zero Stars

There seems to be no way to contact Titan if you purchase your account through Bluehost.

We are on day seven of not being able to send business emails as our domain name seems to be flagged as spam.

I have used Bluehost chat support maybe 20 times trying to resolve. Three 'escalated suport' tickets have been raised. All closed without resolution.

Now I am in contact with 'Newfold Executive Support' who haven't replied for three days. [OEML-3205200]

Avoid at all costs.

Under Mia Wong Management is WORST

There are ongoing issues within the Fulfillment Department that affect team morale and communication. It often feels that certain individuals receive unfair treatment depending on personal preferences. This creates a toxic atmosphere and makes it difficult for some team members to perform effectively.

Some concerns have been raised regarding the leadership style of Mia Wong. It appears that personal bias may sometimes influence how team members are treated, leading to a sense of unfairness and low morale within the department.

The Fulfillment Department has become one of the most toxic areas in the company, largely because of Mia Wong’s behavior. She tends to use her position to intimidate or single out people she doesn’t like. Many team members feel demoralized and afraid to speak up due to her power-tripping attitude and unfair treatment. The environment has become extremely unhealthy and stressful.

Scam, Beware!

Scam! Stay away. The moment you do no want to keep using their service and want to transfer your domain, they look for a way to make sure you can't, they hijack your domain and try to resell it to you for thousands of dollars.

They did this to me and emailed me on a private email no one had but them cos it was a domain I created in my panel but never gave it to anyone. They emailed asking if I need the domain I should reply they want to resell my own domain to me. I've since involved the cia and fbi and they're under inestigation. the emails I received from icann futher proves that this company is running a scam.

Any company under "Newfold Digital, Inc." is in on this. Formerly known as Eig, they are known for scams. Check out their reviews on trustpilot anad all over the web.

Newfold Digital, Inc. is a web and commerce technology company with a portfolio of brands including Bluehost, HostGator, Network Solutions, Godaddy, Register.com, Web.com, and Yoast. It also includes CrazyDomains, Sitebeat, Freeparking, and others. These brands offer services like web hosting, domain registration, website building, and online marketing.

I am the wrong person for your scams, I won't stop until someone is aresseted and sent to prison.

I am not transferring my services away from them and creating awareness on tiktok, youtube, facebook and everywhere till no one uses their services again.

Damaging SEO Services - Beware!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Newfold Digital's Inadequate and Detrimental SEO Services

This letter serves as a formal complaint about the SEO services provided by Newfold Digital, which have not only fallen short of agreed-upon expectations but have also inflicted considerable harm to our website.

The client entered into an agreement with Newfold Digital, anticipating professional enhancement of their website’s SEO. However, the execution of this service has been grossly inadequate posing a serious risk to our website ranking and integrity.

Efforts by the client to rectify the situation have been met with indifference by Newfold Digital. Despite attempts to communicate and resolve these pressing issues through conversations with four different representatives, promises of corrective action remain unfulfilled. This lack of response and action on the part of Newfold Digital amounts to what can only be described as fraudulent behavior.

We have had a reasonable expectation of receiving SEO services that would enhance own online presence. Instead, we find ourselves dealing with the fallout of Newfold Digital’s failure to deliver as promised.

This complaint underscores several requests for Newfold Digital to acknowledge and rectify the damaging services rendered.

The situation demands immediate attention.

Malware Incident

Eventually, after multiple emails back and forth, the harassment stopped.

I hope this helps to clarify the situation for anyone considering Bluehost. Stay safe online!

They sold my domain when I was making monthly payments. I made a complaint to the BBB and someone from New Fold Digital sent an email posing as a BBB representative asking for my personal information. I tried to close my account many times, but they would not do it. Very shady.

Newfold proved to be faceless and useless as a bluehost hosting sub contractor.

Their staff works as a sales team for bluehost. They, along with bluehost, completely screwed up our shared hosting plans then didn't lift a finger to facilitate effective communication around a range of hosting migration options that they actually SOLD us.

Completely useless as a go-between.

This company does not care about what you're actually trying to navigate as a client of their digital services. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Stolen Domain Name

Network Solutions, a subsidiary of Newfold Digital, stole the domain name of my company, TC Associates Inc. (TCA), and is reselling it through PerfectDomain.com and Go Daddy. The domain name, TCAonline.com, was conceived by TCA in 2000 and registered through Network Solutions (NS). It has been continuously re-registered every three to five years through NS, the last re-registration being in September 2022 for five years to September 2027, as acknowledged by NS in a written receipt, and a receipt from American Express. Then, in November 2023, without warning, NS cancelled TCA's registration, illegally seized TCAonline.com, and is offering the domain name for sale to any third party for $4,799 through PerfectDomain. Go Daddy is also selling TCAonline.com even though I have made them aware that is a stolen domain name. NS also blocked all access to my website and will not refund my fees. This is consumer fraud. NS, its parent Company Newfolds Digital, and PerfectDomain all refuse to respond to my correspondence on this issue. Stay away from these companies.

This is literally the worst company I…

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their Site Security is so bad I’m wondering if it was intentional on their part that I had a Malware attack. They are not capable of website cleanup, as it has been 6 weeks with no results. They can patch it for a day or two and then it’s back to my site being redirected again. Their customer service might have good intentions, at least some might, but most don’t like their jobs and will transfer you around or drop your call.

Bait And Switch Website Buildout

Bait and switch! I went with HostGator to build my website. They subcontracted out without telling me (to NewFold) who may or may not have contracted out to (SEOGears). It depends on who is writing to me and their email signage. They took down my requirements and said that their WordPress site that they would build out for me will be faster than my Wix site and with better SEO and it will look nicer than my Wix site. Well, they assigned me a "Project Manager / Marketing Coordinator." She is somewhat of a middle man. She won't talk with me about the specifics. She only gives me updates after she makes me go direct with the tech team. Nobody knew what was going on but my old website and new website were down for 12 days. The project manager said she'd tell her upper management and try to find a compromise. During that time, the "Project Manager" said I needed to go direct with my webhost HostGator because that issue is between me and them. That's when I found out that this job was possibly subcontracted out and twice removed from HostGator. So I went to HostGator four different times because the Project Manager had a new thing that needed to be changed each time. She kept telling me "Good news, we published your website!" But they didn't. I had to keep sending screen shots. They even messed up the web address at one point. Now that my website is live, I ran it against Google Search Console (GSC) to find that my Core Web Vitals: Performance and Accessibility / AKA speed and readability for visually impaired are now lower than my Wix site. I sent the screen shots from mid day. My project manager told me that my website was "plenty fast and the GSC fluctuates". I took a screen shot at 3am and sent that as well. It didn't but yes I know it can. Still they are off by 30-40 points of what I asked for. That's huge! So now she's telling me I need to go back to the sales guy (at the same company she works at) and deal with him directly because she wasn't aware of any of the requirements which I think is a garbage answer since she told me his name, forwarded our conversations to him and gave me his email. Not to mention, during my intake, the original guy took down the requirements list in a phone call and I had to fill it out on their sheet just in case. So this has been nothing but deceptive from the beginning. And I still haven't heard from her upper management on any compromises.

Imagine my surprise when I find out…

Imagine my surprise when I find out that not one but TWO of the registrars I have to use and deal with (because other people bought domains from them) are both owned by the same company. I guess it's better just to stick to a properly-run company that literally everyone uses - i.e. GoDaddy. Ripoff renewal prices, really poor services, and customer service poor beyond comprehension.

SCAM

This company monitors websites to find out what domain names might be bought soon, they pay $8.57 and relist them for thousands of dollars. They are incredibly predatory, and this practice should be outlawed.

I highly suggest avoiding them and buying an alternative domain rather then supporting their evil business practices.

Dishonest and dubious holding company

This company owns a subsidiary company called Endurance Group International which provides a service called Sitebuilder. You can't cancel a subscription with this service. Sitebuilders portal allows you to navigate to "Services" in your account and cancel the active service you no longer need. However, as soon as you click "cancel", it says you are in your renewal window and must contact support. I have tried cancelling every day of the month, and the same notification appears; therefore, you are not unable to cancel your service manually, and the billing remains. Worse yet, no customer support responds to your request. They are non-existent. Once you subscribe for a monthly service at Sitebuilder, you are stuck until you go to your bank to cancel your card. No one should have to cancel their bank card to cancel an internet service, but with Sitebuilder, this is what you can expect - it's that, or you keep paying for a service you don't need. If you look around at Newfolds subsidiary companies and their reviews on Trustpilot, you will see a similar trend arise. I highly recommended that you not use Newfold and its subsidiaries. Proceed with caution.
