I had my new build inspected by New Home Quality Control and Troy came out to do the survey. He was brilliant from start to finish. I’m not a builder and I wouldn’t know what is or isn’t up to standard, so having someone go through the house properly was a huge weight off my mind.

Troy picked up so many things I would never have spotted, and the report he put together was really detailed. It came with photos, videos, and references to NHBC standards, which makes it clear to the developer what needs putting right. That gave me real peace of mind.

On top of that, Troy was just a lovely person to deal with – friendly, reassuring, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I’d been thinking about getting the cavity check done too, but he explained it’s best to do that in winter when they can use the heat-sensing camera properly, so I’ll be booking that later in the year.

What I also liked was knowing that if the developer tries to argue back on anything, NHQC will help me follow up and support the case. That kind of backup makes such a difference.

All in all, I’m really glad I booked this inspection and I’d recommend Troy and NHQC to anyone buying a new build. It’s money very well spent.

Troy carried out our snagging inspection and was excellent from start to finish. He was very thorough and detailed in his checks, explaining everything clearly so we understood the issues and what needed to be done. His timekeeping was spot on, and the whole process felt professional and efficient. Great service all round – highly recommended!

As first-time buyers, we wanted to make sure our new home was thoroughly inspected, and New Home Quality Control went above and beyond!

Our completion date changed three times, but the Snagger was incredibly flexible and adjusted his visit without any fuss. Communication was brilliant from start to finish, and we received our full, detailed report — complete with photos — within 24 hours.

The inspection was extremely thorough, even including a drone survey of the roof before 8am! We now feel fully confident in requesting the identified issues to be addressed.

Dean Wilson visited our property on the agreed time and date. Prior to the visit he reached out to confirm the time and date suited. On arrival Dean explained the process to us in detail, he then went about a thorough inspection of our property starting from the outside working inwards. Dean has a very sharp set of eyes and knows exactly what to look for, he is also very professional and polite! We received the report as soon as we settled the remaining balance. Booking was very simple; I received good professional communication from Glen who did a great job carrying out my snagging check. He spotted 24 issues in my new-build apartment which was a lot more than I was expecting; I am really glad that I decided to have the inspection carried out and I am happy that I chose New Home Quality Control. They had great availability and were able to see my property quickly and shared the report with me the next day. Beware other property inspection companies who have loads of fake reviews; this one is legit!
