Firstly I have to start by saying we where sceptical of using New Home Solutions (particularly as our house builder recommended doing so).

However, we put our home on the market with New Home Solutions on the Friday and had over 18 viewings booked in on the Sunday.

We had multiple offers over asking price by noon, and more by the end of that same day. (Not bad, particularly as our house was valued at over £40k more than we originally anticipated ourselves). Their pictures and marketing of the property were superb!

After instructing first and best offers to be in by the Monday night, we had a buyer and were able to put the deposit down on our new property then next day.

We couldn't believe how quick it was, and the interest our property had received made us question if we were right in selling it!

That was the easy part for us. The hurdles came when navigating the exchange of contracts expectations between our buyer and our house builder (which we could see both sides of). Step in Helen...

Helen kept us fully updated throughout the process and took all the stress away from ourselves, communicating with both parties and offering much appreciated advice at every step - She is a credit to New Home Solutions!

I would definitely recommend their services, particularly if you are new to buying a new build. In hindsight we can see there would have been a few pitfalls along the road had we not had Helen in our corner.

Helen Dyson worked tirelessly with me though the entire process, where people needed to be chased Helen did this for me.

From the very first moment I met anyone from NHS I knew I was in good hands. That was Saturday, and I had photographs of my house on the Monday with it on all the major sites by Wednesday.

The viewing process is easy as they keep you informed of requests and they follow up for feedback.

The team got me a buyer within 3 weeks! They assisted both sides, and as I bought a Redrow house they worked with the builders to get everything in place with the sale of my house.

As always things go a little awry during the process, but Helen was on top of this. The slightest hiccup and Helen had already sorted it before I knew about it most of the time.

If you are looking to sell your home then NHS are the best people to do it. If you're looking at a new build and NHS are involved in the assisted move you will be moving before you know it.

Recently sold a house through New Homes Solutions and they have been absolutely fantastic. The property valuations were organised efficiently and the marketing price was what we expected. As soon as we had confirmed the marketing price the property was listed and we accepted an offer within 2 weeks! Following accepting an offer Helen Dyson has been an absolute superstar co-ordinating our exchange of contracts and has been incredibly supportive through out! We were kept informed at all times and exchanged and due to complete in record time!!!! Absolutely fantastic thank you for all your help!!!

We used New Homes Solutions as part of the Redrow Help-to-Sell scheme, and from start to finish, Helen Dyson was absolutely incredible.

Our home was listed within 24 hours and, to our amazement, sold just 12 hours later. Helen was our main point of contact throughout and kept us informed at every stage – her communication was excellent.

Unfortunately, our first buyers proved challenging, repeatedly delaying the process. Helen worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinating with multiple external teams in an effort to get us to exchange. It was a very stressful time for us, but Helen remained calm, professional and unwaveringly supportive. She truly went above and beyond to try to make it happen.

After 13 weeks, the buyers unexpectedly pulled out. Helen was on the phone to us immediately, had our property relisted the same day, and sold it again within 12 hours – fast, efficient, and again incredibly reassuring.

By this point, our new-build Redrow home was ready, and we were understandably anxious. Helen rose to the challenge and somehow managed to work with the solicitors to complete everything just 13 days after the sale fell through.

We can’t thank Helen enough for all she did for us. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment made all the difference during an incredibly stressful time. If you’re lucky enough to have Helen on your side, you’re in excellent hands.

Recently bought a home which New Home Solutions marketed and it was like pulling teeth. It took over a week to receive responses to offers, their communication was poor and added no value to the process whatsoever, in fact they made the purchase even more difficult.

Thankfully, New Home Solutions enlisted the help of a local estate agent who I began to contact to get answers to basic questions as New Home Solutions were uncontactable and when I did eventually speak to someone, they were of no use.

If we didn’t like the home so much I would have gone elsewhere due to the service. I would never buy a place which they are marketing again nor would I ever consider selling with them.

Don’t bother.

Tina at New Homes was great at keeping in touch with me whilst purchasing a property through them, especially as it ended up being more complicated than expected. She often rang me to give an update, so never felt I was always chasing. Thank you!

Great to deal with, I requested to view a house one evening via the Rightmove website, received a call back within minutes and they booked me in to view the following day.

We were really impressed with New Home Solutions. Very easy to speak to and for everything done quickly. Highly recommend

We bought a house that was part-ex through them. Friendly and helpful, easy to deal with when making offers etc. Samantha was very good about chasing our solicitor for updates and pushing for completion. Pleased with the service we received

Extremely horrible company, takes all your details but never calls back and provides any update.
Have been chasing to book a viewing but they are not interested.
It seems like they take your details and then sell them to the fraudsters to run their shady business.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

This company was used for my part exchange, after them marketing the property for a month I received random phone call from an estate agent saying they were working for this company. I had to chase the company to check if this was legitimate and find out who else they had passed my details to as I received further calls from other companies. Communication was poor and had to chase for any updates or information. They also sent people to take photos 3 times despite saying it would only be once

Phoned to view a house, couldn't understand the person at all and was concerned if this was even a real estate agency.

I told them what days i'm free as you know need a job to buy a house but was completely ignored, they booked me in on a day both me and my partner are at work and i got the response "come after work then" we don't finish until 7-8pm at night! we was then told they will need to contact the vendor then put phone down and haven't heard anything since.

Lovely company. Every person I’ve spoken to has been helpful and so friendly. For what could be quite an overwhelming experience, the staff have went out of there way to make as straightforward as possible.
