I cannot recommend Newlife IVF Greece highly enough. After many years of infertility and going to doctors in 3 different countries, I am finally pregnant for the first time at the age of 47 with my own biological child. Dr Dovas took my case very seriously and gave me a chance when other clinics were simply ruling out the possibility of me using my own eggs. The clinic is very professional and very precise in how they work and both my husband and I felt thoroughly supported during the whole process. The cost of the clinic was also much more reasonable that other clinics that we researched in other countries and we really thank God for the opportunity to have the medical help by Newlife and be able to be parents finally.

In 2018 I had my first ivf cycle and I ended up having a little girl in 2019 I decided I would like to try again I whent back over in May and used my last embryo and I am now 6weks and 2 days pregnant. I can't recommend Newlife IVF Greece clinic enough thay are the best at what they do and are so friendly if you are looking into ivf please give Newlife IVF Greece a try.

Overall our experience with Newlife IVF Greece in Thessaloniki has been great. It was easy to get the right support from the beginning from the phone call we had to understand the procedure and timeframes of the IVF process. The team that looked after us was Dr Dovas and Embryologist Chrysa Karakosta as well as International coordinator Katerina. The process was easily explained and the coordination between Greece and the UK labs for scans and blood test was seamless. Most importantly the team made us feel comfortable and confident in their expertise. It was easy to get hold of the team to ask questions. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking fertility treatment. We wish all of them every success in helping lots more families to grow.

The NewLife Clinic is fantastic! Professional staff all the way from the receptionist to the midwives, lab technicians and doctors. Their website contains all the information, even the financial obligations are shown in detail so you can fully understand the commitment. Highly recommend this clinic!

This is long overdue as our baby is now a 10 months old healthy, happy and cheerful baby boy.

After a series of unsuccessful IVF treatments with the NHS, we decided to look further afield in Europe and we found Newlife IVF on Google. By faith, we contacted them and from the word go, Chrisa, Maroula and Dr Dovas were there to support us throughout our journey.

They assisted us in every single step that I can think of ( including assisting us with our visa application with the Greek embassy as we were Non EU / UK citizens as of the time we underwent treatment with the clinic).

The whole experience was different, they made us feel that the treatment was tailored personally to us to the extent we contemplated giving birth to our baby in Greece. All medical histories were carefully considered and our options were clearly spelt out to us; The team took time to understand our situation and gave us guidelines and advise on what and when to ask our GP for tests at the appropriate time even when we transferred our care back to the NHS for the delivery of our baby.

During that time and now, we have also recommended them to our friends that are also in the same journey and we are sure that God will help them to achieve their dreams of birthing healthy babies through Newlife IVF, Thessaloniki.

From our initial consultation, my husband and I both knew that this was the clinic we would be choosing. I had messaged Newlife IVF Greece based on reviews I had found online. I had done so much research and had previous consultations with other clinics that did not leave me confident in what they had to offer. Newlife messaged me back very quickly and a meeting was set up. The meeting consisted of a coordinator, Dr Davos and Chrysa, the embryologist. It was a comprehensive presentation that delivered so much valuable information based on our medical history. There was also time at the end of the consult for questions. Most of our questions had already been answered in the presentation portion, that is how thorough they are. I cannot begin to explain how excited we were after this meeting. Based on all the information provided, how honest, professional, capable, and compassionate they were we had decided that this would be the clinic that we would choose. My opinion of Newlife continued to grow once we started the process of a donor egg cycle. Thaleia handled our case on the clinic’s end and always got back to us quickly. There were never any unnecessary delays, issues with communication or unforeseen extra costs or tests. There was an organized plan in place that made sense and was followed. We traveled from Canada to Greece, having some of the testing and treatment done in Canada before making the trip. We spent a total of 15 days in Greece, again the organization and communication from the clinic exceeded all expectations. All the testing and procedures went smoothly. They went above and beyond with scheduling, offering touristy information, helped us book Covid swabs for travel back and having the most warm, friendly, and welcoming disposition. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I cannot recommend or praise this clinic enough. Newlife has an extraordinary team and they helped us realize our dream of becoming parents. Twins on board!

Finally we are pregnant and it’s all thanks to the amazing team at NewLife. After 8 years of trying to get pregnant, including 3 years with our local fertility clinic and having no success, we were about to give up. And then we were recommended Newlife in Greece and started with a free consult with the doctor and embryologist. Both Dr. Dovas and Chrysa were so informative and answered all questions and concerns. We appreciated that they offer an embyro guarantee which shows strong confidence in their procedures. Maria was our patient care coordinator and she was so wonderful and walked us through all the steps along our journey. The facility is the cleanest clinic we’ve ever seen and everyone was so kind and positive about our likelihood of becoming pregnant. Highly recommend going here for fertility treatments.

I had a fantastic experience with New Life. Doctor Dovas and Chryssa are wonderful. Having failed with IVF in Australia I went to Greece because I'm a Greek Australian and wanted the facts not sugar coated rubbish. Doctor Dovas showed me the stats and explained my true chances of conceiving naturally which doctors here are reluctant to discuss because they don't want to discourage people and donor egg programs here are relatively new and expensive. It made my decision very clear and easy. I returned home armed with the correct information. Have recommended New Life to people I meet all the time. Excellent place. Top notch.

We are glad we chose New Life IVF Greece in Thessaloniki. From the virtual consultation through to the embryo transfer the team were amazing, Dr Dovas, Chrysa, Thaleia and the rest made us comfortable and confident in their expertise. Thanks to them we got pregnant on our first cycle and we had our little baby boy born in March this year, they followed through with my pregnancy and it was always easy to get support, advice and answers to any questions we had on the phone and email. All was well organised, no stress felt whatsoever, it was like we got pregnant on vacation in Greece. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

The NewLife team, just knew how to put our minds at ease, explained all of our options, there was no time wasting and we felt confident to proceed in their hands. We visited the clinic during the Covid pandemic and yet all our needs were met and were looked after. We just can’t thank them enough for helping us.
When I think back to the start of our journey and how unsure I was about travelling abroad, they took all of our concerns and nerves away because of their organisation & professionalism, we felt like a priority, even though it’s a busy centre, we never felt like a number.

Having researched and spoke with clinics at home and in Greece, NewLife stood out straight away. Unlike other clinics, my first consultation with NewLife was thorough. Both Chrysa and Dr. Dovas were generous with their time, they knew my file and history, and their recommendations were specific to me. I instantly trusted them and felt that I was in safe hands. I had immediate follow up from the patient coordination team and that quality of communication continued throughout my treatment. Ermina, my patient coordinator, always got back to me with a same day response, often checked in on me to see how I was doing and answered all my questions and worries (I had a lot of them) respectfully and thoroughly.
Their cautious approach, research backed treatment and expertise in the lab delivered what I never expected! We almost couldn’t believe it when we were receiving the daily updates on how our embryos were progressing…three AA blastocysts from three eggs! We are now pregnant with twins and we can’t quite believe it. We are eternally grateful to the team at Newlife...and we feel like this gratitude will never be enough for giving us a family and ending the misery of our fertility challenges.

I am beyond grateful that this clinic exists and could not recommend them highly enough.

I am a London based surgeon and when we were struggling to conceive I visited and researched various London “top” fertility clinics. In general our experience was extremely disappointing and underwhelming. We were met with a general attitude of negativity and presented with very poor success rates in general for their IVF and ICSI programs. I couldn’t understand how in 2022 and having kept abreast of latest developments in the fertility sphere these clinics results had not improved since essentially the beginning of offering the service. Also I found even the attention to detail disappointing, for example after having fertility tests carried out at one clinic the ultrasound results providing were so scant in detail that I had to have them repeated at another clinic, just shoddy. To my mind there had to be a better option than an (on average) ~25% success rate for a scientific process that has enormous physical, emotional and financial implications. Also it seems in the UK the general acceptance is that it will take many rounds, again I found this to be a very poor outlook… then enter Newlife.

I started researching clinics abroad with better success rates and came across Newlife. I have some Greek friends in the medical profession whom I asked to have a look at the clinic and all the feedback from on the ground was overwhelmingly positive.

From our first consultation with the team at Newlife we could not have been more impressed. Their professionalism, attitude and implementation of the latest evidence based IVF processes and treatments was a breath of fresh air and we felt comfortable with them straight away.

Everything is explained wonderfully, the treatments plans issued could not be easier to follow and their clinic is wonderfully modern, spacious and top notch.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the team at new life deserve all the praise they get. Nothing is too much hassle for them and they are so passionate about what they do.

Specifically I cannot thank Thaleia, the international patient coordinator enough, wonderfully personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Chrysa the lead embryologist is just amazing. You would be hard pressed to find anyone who knows more about her field and you just feel 100% that in her hands everything possible will be done to ensure the best results. And of course Dr Dovas who expertly performed the embryo transfer and scans and has a very reassuring bedside manner.

Please if you require fertility treatment just go to Newlife, it’s a no brainer!

They lied to us, didn't give us a chance to decide about out treetmant. We wanted micro tese, they said according to anallises it isn't pissible to find spermatozoids, to take a donnor, we were suspicious but we decided to do what they said, we belived then, and they said my ovarium reserw was low.
They schredlued a transfer third day, and it was supposed to be fifth day, they didn't say it is posslibe something could get wrong. On fifth day they canseled transfer beceuse a bad cwality of embrio. If we knew that is possible that something can go wrong we would ask that tranfer happens on third day. We din't have a chance to be parrents. But, we went in Istanbul, and doctor found spermatozoids, so we can try with our materila, now, we dont have money, and we lost time. But we are sure that they are liers, just in a run for money. They are too kind, but it' s a mask, they will try to pursuade you to do evetuthing on their way, like it' s best for you, wasn't best for us.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NewLife IVF to anyone in need of fertility treatment. The entire team are second to none.

During treatment I found the clinic to be extremely informative, responsive and well organised with seamless connections to the UK based observation centres I went to for scans and blood test. This took so much of the stress out of the experience. I had started a new job around the same time as my initial treatment started. Often I’d go to scans at 8am on the way to work and by the time I was at my desk I’d have the results in my email along with an explanation and concise next steps for treatment and the offer of a follow up call from one of the team.

3 years later and we have a two year old daughter and another due next month. I can’t thank Dr Dovas, Chrysa, Dr Stamkopolu and the team enough for all of their support, genuine care and skill.

We started all the baseline tests here in the UK, at a private fertility clinic, and while all the tests were coming back normal the advice given was to try another year. So, it would be 2 years in total, by this time, we would be in our late thirties. This was the advice given in the UK by multiple Doctors, and anyone going through fertility to keep doing the same thing for another year hoping for a different result can be very stressful. It just didn't feel right, having seen so many friends struggle to conceive so I started to look for other options, as we do not qualify for IVF on the NHS due to our age. We had our first consultation in November 2021 over Zoom with Dr Dovos and Chrysa who had read over all my past results, and talked through my situation. As soon as we came off the zoom my partner and I looked at each other and said this is the clinic we want to use. We were trying to decide between two, but after the call with Dr Dovos the choice was made instantly. Come mid-November we were on a plane to Greece to start our fertility treatment. The service by the whole team is a personal experience, the whole team are extremely efficient and dedicated. I can honestly say the level of patient Care is far superior to anything i have experienced here in the UK. You are assigned a dedicated case worker who you kind of form a lovely bond with, and reassures you throughout the whole process. The response to our queried were all answered in a very quick and efficient manner, our medication was easily organised, and help with travel arrangements. We truly can't thank the whole team enough for what they have done for us, and would truly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of IVF.
