Wow just wow!!
From the minute I arrived at Antalya airport, I was greeted by the chauffeur who taken my luggage from me and treated me like a queen from start to finish. I was dropped off at my hotel (Lilium boutique) and I had no words, the hotel was amazing, the service from the staff was 10/10. Each day the clinic would stay in contact via WhatsApp and reassure me about my appointments and pick up times each day, I was travelling in style to and from the clinic each day in VIP style.
the clinic was amazing, the staff was also amazing, I just want to thank FATMA, she was so so kind and welcoming! I was travelling alone and nervous but they made me feel so at ease through the whole process, I can not recommend this clinic enough! They are amazing staff and amazing service.
I suffer with a long term sickness illness which has highly affected my natural teeth and so I always wanted my dream smile, and wow they did that and more beyond my expectations! The final results are amazing. I’m so so happy again that I can finally smile with confidence and not been embarrassed about hiding my smile, this has been life changing for me, so thank you so the dental surgeon who did my work, thank you to ennis who supported me through it all and translated everything back to me from the dental surgeon, they was so lovely.

I started my journey with New Look Smile about 8 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results! After an initial consultation in Manchester, I decided to go ahead with the All-in-6 plan.

From the very first visit to the Antalya clinic, I was welcomed by the amazing Fatma, who supported me every step of the way with updates and reassurance. My temporary set looked so good I could have kept them!

On my return for the final stage, Dr. Ege was incredible—explaining everything clearly and ensuring the final results were perfect. My coordinators Eray and Eda were also fantastic, making sure I was comfortable and that there were no language barriers.

This is a big decision emotionally and financially, but the professionalism and care from the whole team made it smooth and stress-free. I now have the smile I dreamed of and would recommend New Look Smile 100%!

I decided to undergo treatment at New look Smile this week and having just completed the surgery I have to say the experience was worth the results.
The staff ensured that each process was explained and executed professionally, communication was smooth and efficient this was due to Fatima’s experience and knowledge of organising transport and allocated treatment times.
Overall experience is high and worth the effort.

I would give New Look Smile 10 stars if possible. From our intial scan in Altrincham to being back home in England everything has been first rate. Lauren our first contact in Altrincham set the ball rolling and the rest has been really easy. Every member of staff from start to finish has been pleasant, helpful and honest. The taxi pickups are on time. The staff coordinators speak fluent English it has honestly been a breeze. Thank you to everyone, special mention to Lauren,Fatma & Ennis and of course the dentists. I recently travelled to Antalya for implant dentistry.
I had heard about the clinic moving location and collaborating with new dentists so was naturally nervous.

BUT WOW… everything was faultless 100/10. The whole process ran so smoothly, from transfers, hotel, English communication throughout, lovely clinic, AMAZING FRIENDLY TEAM, my treatment plan explained thoroughly, painless procedure and great aftercare.
I’ve never liked the dentist but I actually cannot wait to go back for my second trip!

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, whether positive or negative, but on this occasion, I feel it is necessary to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from New Look Smile and its entire team.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Their communication was excellent throughout, even though most contact was via WhatsApp. While this initially made me slightly uneasy—particularly when dealing with a significant financial commitment—they consistently responded promptly and professionally, which quickly put my concerns to rest.

My journey began after I accidentally knocked out my front tooth on a Sunday afternoon. My wife mentioned that her friend had previously visited New Look Smile in Antalya and highly recommended them. Based on this, I reached out to the clinic that same evening with numerous questions regarding costs, the process, and what to expect. By 6 a.m. the next morning, they had already replied in full. Throughout the day I continued to ask further questions, and each time they responded quickly and clearly, giving me enough confidence to book a flight for the following week.

Upon arriving in Antalya, I received a WhatsApp message with details of my driver and meeting point. They had also arranged my hotel accommodation, which included bed and breakfast.

The next day I was collected from the hotel and taken to the clinic, where the process began.

At the clinic, I was immediately given X-rays followed by a consultation with the head dentist. They reviewed the scans and presented me with several suitable treatment options without any pressure or upselling. Up to that point, I had not paid anything other than my flights, and the final price agreed in the consultation was consistent with the initial estimate provided before I left the UK.

Once the payment was made, treatment began right away. Over the course of the week, I attended multiple appointments—some lasting up to three hours, others much shorter—and all necessary work was completed within that timeframe. Despite not being someone who particularly enjoys visiting the dentist, the team made me feel calm, reassured, and well looked after throughout.

Based on my experience, I would confidently and happily recommend New Look Smile to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of care were exceptional from start to finish.

Simply the best! From arriving in Antalya the whole experience was amazing. Vip transfers who were there at the exact times given. The amazing dental team from the Head Dentist (The Gaffer)the surgeon and your own dentist all throughout communicated the treatment and kept you at ease. (My dentist was fantastic and how she was so patient with me was phenomenal) Literally nothing is too much. The service and ensuring everything is perfect was second to none. I know they are there at the other end of the phone if i need reassurance (you don’t get that just anywhere) Everyone is amazing especially Fatima she is such an amazing lady. They also make the best Turkish Tea ☺️ Can’t wait to see you all next year sending you all love from the uk.
