I had made a silly mistake when sending off a ring for a return as it was the wrong size. Clare was very reassuring and it was sorted out without any hassle.

Looked at other sites which I wasn't sure about and then I saw Newman bands , we ordered two rings in different sizes , Maven black and blue 6mm band and the western gunmetal grey band , 6mm and I must say we were so pleased with both , he went with the blue one and it looks very stylish , prices are totally affordable and ordering was very easy . Please please don't hesitate to order from this family run business,their rings are beautiful, much better than a plain gold band . Thank you for making it so easy. Oh and very quick delivery as well .

Clare was incredibly helpful, ordered the jet ring and it’s lovely, good weight and looks perfect. Got the wrong size and they sorted me out with a ring sizer and then the right size ring super quick

I have recieved my engraved tungsten carbide ring today, it came out really great. Clare was very polite and informative during our email exchange prior to me sending the ring back for engraving (I got it first for trial fit, and it was a size match from the get-go). I had some concerns about the process but now I am very happy that I decided to go for it after all.
