The customer service I received from this company has to be some of the best I've ever experienced. I was initially unsure about the technology having heard about it on a podcast so reached out to Newmed for some advice and Grace got back to me very quickly. She sent me a very detailed and helpful email as well as organising a zoom session as well as taking several calls to answer any questions I had. As a result I purchased the equipment and after delivery she was only to happy to help in any set up questions as well as tips to optimise the use of the equipment.
Unfortunately my circumstances changed and again Grace and the team stepped up to help me out.
This level of customer service has to be the gold standard for any company and I would highly recommend anyone to engage with Newmed and Grace and the team to see how they can help you.

I am a physio and osteopath who has had dealings with NewMed for years. I recommend my clients to them and they are unanimous in their praise for the company. They will NOT sell you something you don't need! They will not recommend something more expensive than your requirements. They are honest and good hearted.
Andy Smith is the founder and CEO and I'm sure is responsible for the incredible ethos of NewMed. (I personally owe him a huge debt of gratitude when he lent me some very expensive equipment when mine was malfunctioning.)

I know they are a small tight family business and from my dealings they deserve suport.

Problems from the start. Cutting out, programmes longer than times in book/instructions. Smouldering from the cable. Took over 9 months for them to take the item for their inspection. Would prefer a refund as item not fit for purpose. Item still with them. We are not talking pence, we are talking thousands of pounds. Customer service is abysmal compared with the price of the goods.
