I had my gastric sleeve with Dr Mani on the 25th May 2024. I am now 8months post op and have lost 9 stone 2lb and 33% body fat. I eat a healthy diet focusing on protein and vegetables. If I do eat carbs I choose low sugar options (half a low carb wrap etc). I drink lots of water and protein waters. Surgery isn’t an easy option (it is a tool to help you) and it has changed my whole mindset on food but I am so grateful for it as it has made such a difference to my life. Dr Mani was amazing before, during and after surgery. Everything was explained well and the level of care was amazing. At the hospital, the nurses checked on me regularly and were very attentive- I never had to ask for pain relief as they kept on top of it. The ongoing support from Dr Mani and Irmak (dietitian) is really helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure their patients have all the information they need to be successful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NewMe Health Clinic to anyone wanting Gastric Surgery.

i went to newme health clinic in feb 24 for a gastric sleeve, my mum previously had one 3 years ago and only trusted them with me.
From start to finish was a fantastic experience the care and support before during and after is phenomenal. i felt so safe and cared for.
dr mani is an amazing surgeon and still keeps in touch and has become a good friend. i felt safe in his care. I returned in sept 24 to have my teeth done with newme dental clinic.

I went to Newmehealthclinic for TT lipo and fleur de lys and also had fat transfer to my face , I was collected in luxury transfer and had my tests done immediately on arrival at the hospital so all ready to be checked when I met with dr houtan for my pre check the next morning , he’s an amazing surgeon who put me at ease and talked me through everything , the surgery went perfect and dr Houtan checked on me regularly along with all of the NewMe team , I cannot recommend this clinic enough it’s my 4th visit there now for procedures I’ve had gastric sleeve , armlift , breast uplift with implants , a smile makeover at there dental clinic and now my TT and fdl I cannot fault them 5* care received at all times and even after discharge to the hotel there nurse Çansu visited me daily to check and change any dressings . Thank you NewMe youve given me my life back 🙏❤️

I had bariatric surgery done by Dr. Mani in 2023, a gem! He was reassuring from start to finish! The team is available to answer questions even after the operation! He even came to see me the following year in the hospital room!

In 2024 I went back for a 360 abdominoplasty, lippo and breast augmentation with Dr. Houtan, again, wow! The results, the scars, everything is perfect. I'm from Canada, more than 15 hours by plane from this hospital, and I'll be doing it again tomorrow morning! Everything is incredibly well coordinated! They picked me up at the airport, the driver was incredibly kind! Nurse Cansu is perfect, not to mention Nesrine and Irmak. I'll go back for my arms, I don't want to go anywhere else but with these doctors! They've changed my life ❤️

I have had a gastric sleeve last year with Dr Manni and I have return last week for breast lift with implant done by Dr Hootan which has done a wonderful job, couldn't expect more. My new boost look incredible . The nurses are nice, profesional and very friendly. And Dyt Irmak shes so helpful , i been in contact with her asking question and advice since i had the gastric sleeve last year till now. I would 100% recommend them.

Absolutely amazing clinic!

My journey with Newme health clinic started in 2022 when I visited Dr Mani and had a gastric sleeve. The care I received was amazing and it was clear that Dr Mani generally cared and put safety above everything. I had never had any operations prior to my sleeve and so travelling to another country alone for surgery was daunting, however everyone in the team, the driver who collected me, my co-ordinator, the nurses and surgeons were all amazing and very helpful. Iv lost a significant amount of weight and the surgery has absolutely changed my life 🙏

Due to weight lost, I had excess skin which i could not improve with exercise alone. Given the positive experience with my gastric sleeve, I contacted Newme health clinic again and have just returned from having 360 Tummy Tuck with FDL, 360 lipo and arm lift with the amazing Dr Houtan who works alongside Dr Mani and the great team of Newme Health Clinic 🙏

Whilst in Turkey, I received excellent care whilst in the hospital and also in the hotel. Nurse Cansu visited me each day checking my vitals, providing me with medication, checking my incisions and giving me advice which was very reassuring for me. Nurse Cansu is very caring and kind and is an excellent addition to the team! 🙏

I am now 4 weeks post op and healing well, Iv received good communication from my co-ordinator, Nesrin and have been able to ask any questions that Iv had since returning. Nesrin has been amazing throughout my journey with Newme Clinic, she is very organised and provides me with lots of reassurance ☺️ I am now booked to return in June 2025 to have further surgery with Dr Houtan. I could not recommend him enough, he is super talented and I would not trust anyone else. He has a saying, ‘safety before beauty’ which I absolutely love and know he stands by 🙏 He does not follow the money, he follows quality and that is what you need when considering any surgery.

I am 4 weeks post op after a 360 bodylift with FDL and arms. My results have been absolutely amazing! Far exceeded my expectations! I have lost 11 stone. Going from 21 stone to 10 stone and I never imagined I would be able to have such an incredible result! Thank you Dr Houtan Zolfagharpour and the ‘New Me’ team! I recently had arm lift surgery with Dr Houtan, this was my first ever surgery and I cannot believe how well it has gone, the whole process from speaking with my co ordinator Nesrin to book the dates and ask as many questions as I could possibly think of to arriving and meeting my nurse Cansu and then meeting Dr Houtan the following morning. There English is amazing they are warm inviting friendly and helpful. I am over the moon with the whole process and the initial results, I cannot explain how easy and smooth it has been and would highly recommend anyone to use Newme health clinic and I will be booking for a tummy tuck with Dr Houtan and the team in the near future. I flew from the UK in April 2024 to have a Gastric Sleeve with Professor Bulbuller and it has been the best thing I have ever done in my life. It has changed my life completely, I had only booked in March so it was a very quick but not easy decision! I came here of the back of friends that had had the same operation in the same hospital! The care I received was insane from the moment I arrived (which was quite late). All the team were amazing, especially Nesrin! When I arrived I was 112.6kg and I am now writing this at 79.1kg! I would hate to think where I would be right now if I hadn’t of took the jump and went for the operation! I am so so happy I done this as it has changed my life for the better and forever. I can’t thank you all enough!

I flew from the UK to have rhinoplasty with Dr Sema Cok. My coordinator Aslihan was extremely kind, patient and helpful from the very beginning, answering all and any questions I had about the procedure or my stay. The drivers were there to pick us promptly and were very kind enough to carry our luggage for us when needed.

On the day of my operation, all of my tests were done properly and efficiently. My doctor was extremely sweet and very reassuring, I emphasised on wanting a natural nose shape and she did exactly that, I couldn't be happier with my results. There was a staff called Eren who was very friendly and helped translate the conversation between the doctor smoothly. I had no worries :)

The operation went very smoothly, my one night stay at the hospital was amazing, the hospital staff took care of me and also kindly provided a bed for my mother who was staying with me. After, I stayed at a 5 star hotel which had everything included and allowed me to rest and recover swiftly.

On the day of my cast removal, the doctor answered any questions I had and I am so extremely happy with my results, I have absolutely no regrets and I'm even more happy and satisfied with my expereince at NewMe Clinic and would recommend to everyone.

Unfortunately, I had some issues at the airport where I was denied sitting on my plane back home but this was entirely the airlines fault, even still, Aslihan helped me although it was late at night and helped us find a hotel and transport to stay in Turkey for two more days, she was extremely helpful and patient with us and without her we probably would not have been able to fly back home so soon.

I would 100% recommend NewMe Health Clinic to anyone considering, everyone associated is very kind and helpful and will do their best to make you feel welcome and at ease :)

First class service from start to finish. Right from the moment I started communicating with the clinic about getting a gastric sleeve, everything has been incredible. NewMe was recommended to me by 2 other people who had a fantastic experience too. I took my mum as my companion, and she was taken care of too.

When we arrived in Turkey we were collected by a driver who took our case and drove us to the clinic (within a hospital which is so reassuring!). Loads of tests and consultations carried out before the op went ahead (bloods, xray, ECG, ultrasound, cardiology, pulmonary, anaesthetist, among others). The op went so well - I was up walking 2 hours afterwards. The aftercare from nurses, my coordinator and nutritionist was excellent, and my surgeon visited twice per day too! I recovered quickly - without any complications - and genuinely can’t believe how smoothly everything went!

Dr houton has changed my life, for the past 18 years I have hated my body, since having my 1st child, I was always scared to get a tummy tuck due to the scarring, but I’m only 6 weeks post op and my scarring is so neat nd barley noticeable I had Tummy Tuck and 360 lipo, and I’m so happy I travelled to dr houton,

I visited NewMe health clinic with my friend last week, we decided to go with Dr Houtan due to his long list of happy patients he’d also come highly recommended by friends. I had lipo 360 with a fat transfer to my hip dips, I found this fantastic value for money paying £3500 compared to the UK £10k+.

We were a little nervous as it can be daunting travelling abroad for surgery but I can honestly say as soon as we met the team we were instantly reassured. We were picked up from the airport by Emircan (lovely man) who took our suitcases and took us to the hospital in a lovely air conditioned transporter. As soon as we arrived at the hospital we were given numerous tests which really shows how thorough they are putting your health first.

The next day we met the Nesrin & Erin who were the coordinators, we’d been dealing with Nesrin since booking and she really did go above and beyond. Then we went to meet Dr Houtan and his medical team I can honestly say they were the most lovely and attentive team we could have wished for we instantly knew we were in safe hands! The staff could not do enough for you, on the day of surgery our minds were put at ease and when we were back at the room we were checked on and all of our questions answered.

We spent the night in hospital where the nurses were in all night checking on us and fulfilling our needs. Once Dr Houtan had checked us over the following day we were transferred to our 5 ⭐️ hotel ‘Porto Bello’ which was also amazing. We were sent with painkillers/antibiotics and all the aftercare information we needed.

On our last day we were taken back to the hospital where Dr H checked us over again and said he was pleased with how the surgery had gone (him & me both)!! We then flew home.

I am only 6 days post surgery but can already see the amazing shape forming, it will take a few months to see the final results as I’m in the recovery period but I would recommend NewMe health clinic 1000000% you will be over the moon with your results & care.

I recently had surgery in Turkey with Dr. Houton, and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I contacted Dr. Houton, his communication was excellent. He promptly connected me with a coordinator who handled all my requests and provided continuous support before, during, and after the surgery.

As someone from the UK, I was initially nervous about traveling abroad for surgery, but I’m so glad I did. The service was exceptional. I was met at the airport upon arrival and transferred directly to the hospital, where the ride was smooth and relaxing.

The nurses at NewMe Clinic were wonderful and took great care of me throughout my stay. While some nurses spoke fluent English and others less so, they always ensured my needs were met by using translation tools when necessary.

Dr. Houton is incredibly thoughtful and places a strong emphasis on safety before beauty. He takes the time to ensure you’re choosing the right procedures and provides honest, compassionate advice. He truly listens to what you want to achieve, and it shows in his work.

I highly recommend Dr. Houton and plan to return next year for additional procedures.
