Too many mistakes and advertisements for products. Paid triple for products that I only wanted one of.

I accidentally ordered an item I did not want. Within 5 min of ordering transaction 2CX92491KC5269005, I sent an Email requesting to politely cancel. They responded and asked why I want to cancel? Are you kidding me? I responded and they have refused to reply and cancel. How does a company build “Good Will?”I want a refund and preferred canceled.

I received a product that does not work. I sent (4) emails before customer service finally responded to my email. I tell them the issue again with the product just to have them send me a receipt showing the product was delivered. I had to email them again to tell them to read me email again that it stated nothing about not receiving the product, it stated the product did not stick and does not work. I packaged the product up so I can send it back for a refund. Now their response is for me to do a video for them to see if the product is not working. Now we are back and forth on them giving me a refund because I am not going to reopen this box to do a video for video. The product does not work and don’t want to back their product. I would highly recommend to anyone that works hard for their money not to do business with this company. You as a customer should not have to go through this unnecessary situation to get. Refund for a product that does not work. And the customer service is very, very poor in handling a situation. Don’t waste your money with this company. They are not about their customers. I have been dealing with this for at least a week just to get no where. I rate the a (-1) in business. They will never get my business.

You sent the rubber covers but with no water to secure them. No double sided tape no anything. How do you expect me to use these?

Received product as ordered…. surprised that item is correct FIT for a Subaru Forester car model , although I was never able to see the exact shape of silicone cover being shipped .only able to see a std cover shape and assumed I would receive incorrect item . Thank you for delivering the specific correct cover for this model car , should display various covers when ordering to avoid confusion .

They look pretty good but I don’t notice any sound difference or dampening

I ordered Mobile Phone Magnetic Bracket from Newmoll.
It took 3 weeks to arrive.
The device’s magnet was not strong enough to hold my iPhone, the design is flawed.
I tried 3 times to get Newmoll to send me instructions for return and refund; and they never responded.
Newmoll’s website has a return policy; but they do not honor it.
BUYER BEWARE

I ordered the I-phone holder for my car and it does not fit. I also ordered my son one. I had to send pictures and they said there was no defect with the product so I have to pay for shipping to send it back to get a refund. False advertising! DOES NOT fit newer Mercedes models. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Since when is “Volkswagen” spelled “Volks Wagen”? The company says that’s their standard way to issue items for the VW brand. Pretty silly!
