Hi Tracey, Sorry about this. Unfortunately, we don't control the delivery. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. If a safe place was requested previously for other orders they may use the same place. They should however, leave a card stating where they left your parcel. We do hope you found our customer service helpful on this occasion and resolved the issue quickly for you.
