A company to avoid due to bad return service and wrong terms

The company does not offer return service, I had to pay 11 euros to return an item to Belgium which they do not refund. You cannot get on time or helpful support from their support team and their terms of service are outdated since the email they provide there is not working. A company to avoid.

I still haven't received my parcel

I still haven't received my parcel, refund the money or do something so that the parcel arrives, because I still want to receive the parcel

Veerkerde afhaal punt!

Hoe is dat mogelijk dat mijn pakket zou geleverd moeten worden van mijn gekozen levering adress! En in plaats daarvan post nl heeft mij een andere ophaal adress gegeven! Dit is gek! Dit ik stom! Your delivery service is so flawed. Its not fun to go collect your package at the address you choose and it turns out you are at the wrong address! I demand a better delivery service. Thank you!

One item was missing in my package

One item was missing in my package. I have informed the customer service and was assured via email to receive the money for the missing item back within 5 working days. However, I didn't receive anything yet, and 5 working days past.
P.S.: after I have sent another email to the pharmacy to the address mentioned in response to current review, I have received refund within couple of days. Thus, I can recommend newpharma.nl as the prices for products are compatible and customer service works well.

Quick delivery, good products, great value

Good selection of products with good price! I missed small customer touch only some testers to be added to the order to perhaps get familiar with similar products I have ordered but from different brands. Quick delivery.

Like other negative comments here

Like other negative comments here, I was charged 65 euros, however the order was not created in their system.

And instead of helping, the customer support asked me to write to another department. I sent my request to them, nobody responds

It's a shame, long time since I had such a bad online retail experience

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. They say products will be delivered within 48hours but that is no true. I purchased product on 11March, it has been 9 days still it has not been send!!

Spoiled discounted products

I got the floral Nuxe body oil (pink bottle) that got oxidated and smells badly after application, it also came yellow (the original should be transparent). I know the body oil very well and use it for more than a year now and it never smells and looks this way.
You should not sell rotten products with the discount but just utilise/throw them away. It’s not just incompetent but also dangerous for your customers !

My order didn’t go through but my…

My order didn’t go through but my credit card was still charged. It’s been 2 weeks since and after several emails, I still haven’t received the refund for the order never placed.

Order not delivered

I placed an order on their website on 12th Feb. The tracking number I received together with the order confirmation email still shows my order has not been received by DHL. It's been 5 days now and I still can't get information on my order status, though it should have been delivered to my home within 1-2 business days! Newpharma's customer service is non-existent - I tried reaching out via their email, but there's no response. Seems I've just lost 50 EUR, what a SCAM. Avoid buying from them!

Update: received a full refund within 5 working days.

Always late delivery

Announced delivery by BPost is 48 hours, but it is never on time. My last order was made 06/02 (on Thursday), and only today (Friday) I received an e-mail from the Newpharma “your order is ready for sending”. It supposed to be delivered by today! And since it is Friday, it means I will not receive anything before Monday. Almost one week instead of 48 hours. Poor service.

Good Experience

The order was sent quickly, good quality products for a reasonable price. Nothing to complain about. Even the website is very user friendly (compared to other competitors for instance) Will definitely buy here again :)

Fake products have been delivered

Repeating my comment again: I did not get any answer from the customer service once I shared the pics of the delivered products.
My original claim was below:
Hello,
I got 5 products online from you, my order number was 202304242622.
When I received them packaging was different than the other products that I have at home already and here are couple of thing why I think they are fake.
Bioderma products: now when I check the LOT numbers of 2 products at Naos website it says they can not find it also the QR codes on the products lead me to a link 'opn.to'. One other product does not have a LOT number at all.
I already wrote an email to Bioderma as well, they said it is impossible for an original product.
Caudalie product: The package was a very light pink one comparing to the original pink.
Avene product: The cream in it when I tested it is thinner than the one that I have at home.
I would like you to reach out to me as soon as possible to let me know if these are real products why they are leading me to a link like 'opn.to'.

And if not I would like to be fully refunded.
