Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a set of fragile items. Arrived with one piece of the set broken during transit. After communication on my behalf, including photos of the broken item, a replacement of the specific item was arranged to be sent when available, two weeks later. Indeed, the replacement was sent and the relevant tracking number was provided as scheduled: the item arrived today intact!
Excellent communcation and exemplary customer service, especially considering the anxiety connected with an international order containing fragile items - congratulations to everyone involved!

Excellent Service
My husband needed a serious upgrade in grinders and he chose this one (Illy Macinacaffè Eureka Conti Mignon Silenzio). It lives up to the description of being silent compared to his old one. The service from Newpop was excellent, everything went smoothly from order to delivery. The grinder does everything with precision and we can recommend both Newpop and the Illy Macinacaffè Eureka Conti Mignon Silenzio.
