This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used in my life, and I will never get another Newrez loan because of that. It is make difficult to schedule payments!! you need to fix this problem, Texas is too far to mail a payment and get there on time you would think doing it online would be easier it’s not

Every time I go on their website to make a payment, they will not let me log into my account until they send me a text to my phone. The problem happens every single month. The text never comes and what should be something that should only take a few minutes ends up taking over an hour every month just to make a payment. Their online web service is seriously out of date.

Total trash company
Total crap company. They try to add home insurance even though I pay the insurance. They do that because "they cant see it" even though Progressive reports it. Then they randomly take out 2 payments in a month even though I am on auto pay. And no, they payment is never late. Then to top it off, trying to get an actual person is almost impossible. Really wish my original company hadnt have sold my mortgage to this POS company. Now due to a low interest rate, Im stuck.
