Bought an Coros Apex at -25% of the RRP, got it delivered on the 4th working days. I was slightly worried after 3 working days as it was stated during my payment that it would be dispatched within 1 working day. I contacted their customer service, got a replied within 6 hours and everything was sorted.
No issue at all about the watch since I bought it (more than 3 months ago), no reason to return it, utterly convinced that it is a brand new genuine product.
I would strongly recommend.

Ordered from the website at a great price. Had message to say it was shipped then saw it was delayed when I followed tracking number. DHL told me they had not collected. Nothing arrived for weeks so tried to get in contact with NRG to no avail. Eventually spoke to someone at a Lavender Farm who told me it would be sent out the following day. A week later I phone again to ask where it was and they said would look into it. Next thing I get a message to say my order has been cancelled. I had been waiting the best part of a month by this time. The watch was still showing as in stock on their website so undeterred and attracted by the good price I tried again. Same thing happened, no delivery, no communication, nothing. I phoned again and again it was cancelled although one week on and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded onto my paypal account.
I'm sorry but just because you have a really good price it doesn't mean you can ignore customer service and quite frankly this company doesn't even know what that means.

Whilst it seems there are people who recieve their order I am not one of them....
Advised that the watch I ordered wasout of stock, offered an alternative or refund... So far not so good but not too bad.
Thereafter 0 further communication. No replies, no watch, no refund....
In the midst of reclaiming payment through credit card provider.....
Avoid!

Received my Coros Apex Pro at an amazing price. I was slightly dubious as price was was over £100 cheaper then everywhere else. But it’s turned up within a few days with no issues.

Would happily use again.

Great service from NewRunningGear. An initial problem with my order but fair play to Alfie as he got straight onto it and sorted it out quickly - stupid old Covid playing havoc again sadly:( Good communication and true to his word my Watch turned up when he said it would. I would definitely buy from them again! I did read the other reviews which said a few differing experiences but mine was the opposite of that. My Coros watch turned up as expected and at a terrific price too!

Don't buy anything from them, or their subscription membership! Purchased a membership to save money on one of their products, only to click through and see they didn't have any in stock. Needed it ASAP so bought one elsewhere and requested a refund, found it difficult to obtain responses to emails. Was then promised a refund. Still waiting, but today had a fraud warning from my bank regarding the card I paid on. Looks like someone has used this for online gambling. I don't use this card elsewhere, so I wonder where my details came from...

After an initial spot of concern (payment went through to some lavender company and tracking info was strange), my order arrived within 48 hours. Very well priced for an exceptional product (Coros Apex 46mm). Would shop again in a heartbeat.

Wow. Very good service. Good customer service. Brand new Coros watch and box full of goods for my training times. Very good prices (the best in the UK for Coros watches and they are in stock without paying extra taxes from abroad). Emails were sent back within 24h shout out to Alfie who was my assistant! Thank you very much and really recommend this company and store for any running gear and Coros watches! Very pleased

An order placed on the 4th of December, with a delivery method "Europe (Zone 1): 2 - 4 working days" is still not *shipped* today, one complete week after my money was sent to the vendor.
i must say that on the 7th I inquired about the shipping and received on the 8th a notification saying "It should be with you tomorrow at the latest. Apologies for the delay, with the relations and DHL being slower due to the time of year thing are taking a little longer than normal."
I doubted that it would arrive the next day when it wasn't even dispatched... and I was right we are today the 11th and I have
- an order status which thanks me for my payment
- no feedback on my query to get a DHL parcel ID
- no possibility to get any other status update from the vendor

It's one thing to experience delays, it's another to be left in the dark and even worse receiving incorrect information ("should be with you tomorrow")

Very poor communication, don't respond to emails.

I bought a Coros Apex and got a great price, fast delivery and a goody bag full of energy bars and powders. Excellent products, prices and service. Highly recommended.

Great prices, ordered and package arrived sooner than expected. Also had a question for support and they answered promptly, would use again.
