Good courses if you’re just after basic knowledge on something. A lot of the facts and figures included in the business course I did were very outdated so I don’t think the courses can be updated regularly so that’s something to keep in mind!

Variety of courses, at your own pace

Love New Skills Academy, it's been so inspirational, value for money courses, help is always at hand. Study at your own pace, it's a great feeling of achievement when you receive you certificate or diploma. Loads and loads of courses to choose from. I Loved learning from this site. Would recommend checking out New Skills Academy for yourself. I'm in the middle of learning about gardening, it's so interesting.starting in 2021 to present.

A wide variety of courses to choose from. Great support if needed and ease of going at my own pace. I would recommend for anyone who wants to learn something new.

when you no longer wish to continue your subscription it is extremely difficult to get in touch with someone to stop it.
in the end I just had to stop it on PayPal.
I will never use the New Skills Academy again.

I use the courses as I need them to enhance my knowledge of different subjects they are easy to follow and very detailed

Brilliant customer service and really quick at helping great value for the courses there is no stress to get everything done quickly you go at your own pace and learn at ur own time

Varying quality of courses. A couple have been really repetitive, whereas todays really has cut the mustard and is faster moving and challenging.

Love new skills academy. They couldn't make learning any easier. So many courses and certificates that you can study for. An annual membership makes learning that bit easier financially and the website is easy to use. Love it

Great value subscription. Access to so many different courses. I want to do lots but now have plenty of time to do them. Amazing. So good I bought another subscription for my daughter.

paid for one year and they charged me again this year. did not expected that. Moreover, they did not inform about subscription renewal and took payment out of my bank, did not mention about recurring payment when buying unlimited courses as well. That is robbery.

I was charged £99 without my consent by New Skills Academy and have contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, but I have received no response at all.
There is no working phone number, and emails are being ignored, which is extremely frustrating and concerning.
I have now had to escalate this through my bank due to the lack of communication.
I would not recommend based on my experience.

Trying to contact them to cancel an auto-subscription and they never reply. I am NOT using the service, and I do not intend to use the service.

Paid for 1 year but taken another payment without consent and now ignoring my emails demanding a refund. The courses are poor quality. The tests are multiple choice quiz style and you can go and edit your answers until you pick correctly.

This training organisation offers very cheap courses which in hindsight, may speak for itself. I purchased a 'CBT Diploma' - I had no illusions about it being anything other than CPD as it was a 14 hour course therefore certainly not 'diploma' level. The course modules are delivered in a very robotic and AI driven way which lacked engagement. You are asked to complete a worksheet after each module but there is no requirement to return this for 'marking'. Having completed the course, I am now still trying (and failing) to access my certificate. In the meantime the company sends numerous marketing emails to try to get me to sign up for more courses. I will avoid the seduction of a £20 course from this company in future based on this experience.

No way to cancel, and repeated requests to turn off auto-renew are ignored. The actual courses are OK but the fact they just keep charging you year after year and don't give you an option to cancel your subscription is disgraceful. I've asked via several support tickets for my sub to be cancelled but they still keep taking it. Only answer at this point is to use a prepaid card as the payment method then just don't put any money on it!
