App frequently crashes

I like news max plus but the app keeps crashing constantly. I was on hold for almost two hours with them. Finally I got to speak with someone and he said they were aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed. That was over a month ago and it still keeps crashing weather in at my home in Oregon or my other home in Florida; same thing. I had to switch to Fox to watch the Trump inauguration because it kept crashing every three minuets , so irrigating. So at this point we have no choice but to cancel our account and go back to Fox!

Contacted customer service to ask for a refund of my subscription that was just charged, but was completely ignored and instead got multiple spam emails I didn't sign up for. I know their policy is no refunds, but their policy is also actually to show the news as it happens. However they only have reruns on the weekend. That's bad enough but I adjusted. However they showed Trump's Victory Rally on 01/19/2025, but cut it off a few minutes into Trump's speech and went back to rerun the previous events as if Trump wasn't actually giving a speech. As a result I have cancelled my subscription and will subscribe to Fox News instead since I don't have cable. It should be noted that little old OAN showed ALL of Trump's Victory Rally speech to the end and even beyond. Newsmax is a huge disappointment and I cannot recommend them at all. Don't waste your time and money.

Newsmax you were doing so well! It was a 5 star for a few years. Running all the 'america in history' segments over and over throughout the hour has got to stop! Please go back to more hard news and consider limiting the small segments to 2 an hour or maybe 3 an hour, excluding adds of course. You have to make money.
Newsmax was 5+ stars before they added small history segments that repeat over and over!

Newsmax started out great, but I believe they’re going downhill. They have a commercial that says we are not trying to tell you what to think. Then Gretchen comes on and says.” People think news just happens,well it don’t. News isn’t news unless someone like me is there to explain it to you.” That sounds a lot like trying to tell me what to think.
Then you have Greg Kelly saying the pot smokers are
THE Problem with this country and belittles us every chance he gets. I don’t think they realize how many conservative redneck pot smokers are out here.
I am looking for a replacement now.

Greg Kelly was so nasty about Pete Hegseth that I cannot watch his program anymore. Greg is supposed to be a great Christian but he did not act like one on this occasion.

The free Newsmax show on our Samsung TV is horrible. Most of the time it plays long clips of Teddy Roosevelt, JF Kennedy, the old space program, and other boring stories (after watching the first time, it gets boring). $4.99 per month is too expensive. We'll subscribe when it is 0.99 cents per month. Ugh.

I can't get newsfuckingmax to quit showing up on my email all the time.

I'm not really happy to spend money to watch any news but in today's world this is what we have, like it or not. I'm especially upset that the captioning doesn't work most of the time. I'm disabled and deaf and I need captions to understand what's being said in your broadcast. I'll give it some time for newsmax to fix this issue but by reading these reviews I seriously doubt that anything will change. Just report the news without all the opinions of the folks that are reporting said news.

I cannot watch Wake Up America week days anymore. How many times does Sharla say “yay” in an hour? This is very unprofessional and sounds uneducated.I was looking forward to the new co-host Mark, but it seems he is not an allowed to talk or contribute. Fox Business is a much better choice at this time.

He he had a general and another officer on last week in an attempt to corroborate his view of Hegseth and they didn't. Tonight he wants servicemen to
call in to give their opinion.
He is talking about Trump having made mistakes at that position the first time. He made mistakes at the FBI too! Myself and 77 million other Americans hope he doesn't make those mistakes this time. So what is Greg Kelly's
real problem with Hegseth? I think we should pull his covers. Really, take him to a meeting, he's "BUD" ing

They are too far to the left for US lovers. More interested in showing USELESS ads than getting US news to us watchers.

I have been a subscriber from start.you have been automatically billing my cc monthly. You suddenly cut me off. Went to my account and saw a note you are refusing my cc for no good reason. Wants a new cc number. I don't have one. So you are losing a customer for no good reason.

So much dishonesty and tabloid style. Reporters giggling like children. Worst of the worst.

Newsmax is INCREDIBLY biased!! They refuse to report about Trump's lies and disinformation. They refuse to report Jack Smith's revealed facts behind Trump inciting Jan. 6th. They just had some former Republican physician on, denying Trump's blatant dementia symptoms. (Any of us with family members who have/ had experience with dementia can see the symptoms clear as day!) But to have a physician denying what we can all see, is an absolute embarrassment to this news station and our Medical system.

I was looking for a moderate news source but Newsmax isn't one. They have only one clear boss at this station, Donald Traitor Trump. Chris Cuomo is literally the only "fair" and "moderate" journalist on this channel. The other journalists should be ashamed of their political bias and inability to report the facts the American people deserve.

Your female hosts are so distracting 'Still' with their low cut clothing and their hair is distracting as well! Please change what you think many subscribers would agree with me. It's a News program, not a fashion show!!!

Newsmax coverage of the Trump Rally’s suck!! They do not cover the speakers cut of Vance and Erick Trump. They commentators talk instead of the speakers at the Trump rally so disappointed in Newsmax coverage of Trump rally😡😡

We were watching JD Vance and the Host cuts away in the middle of his speech for what? Two former Secret Service or Law enforcement people Then back to an empty stage . This was an insult to Vance and to the viewers. Now Trumps kids talking and we get the Host and 2 staffers Enough Enough .!!! Fire the director and reporter !!!!!!!!!!!

I used to watch Newsmax on YouTube for free with not trouble, but after they stared to charge fee, thing went south. The Newsmax+ TV streaming got awful after the subscription payment started. After few minutes of broadcasting, the streaming freezes for few seconds. These intermittent freezes increase until the streaming completely stops. I have to log out then log in again to start a new connection to watch for few minutes and then the mess starts all over again. Ironically, this problem was not happening on Newsmax2 since since subscription payment started, but recently it also starts to freeze up at lunch. Sadly, recently Newsmax managed lower the streaming quality of Newsmax2 as well, it started to take time to load.

I was a Newsmax viewer until i found RAV. But now that I found Rob Finnerty I always
spend my mornings with him. He asks the hard questions others don’t ask then pushes to get the answers, and he succeeds. He’s very professional, persistant, and I trust the information he presents.
