I find Newspace provide a very friendly, professional service and it is a pleasure to work with them, they are always helpful.
Although the initial conversations and sorting out the flat that my partner and I got through New Space was good, the following service was quite poor and disappointing.
The property we moved in to requires a key fob and although we should have been given a fob each, New Space provided us only with one fob. When we spoke to New Space about this, they assured us that we shall get the second fob the following day after the key collection however, 10 days later we still haven't received the second fob from them.
When we asked them about this, the agent at New Space told us that we should contact the landlord regarding this, which we did however, the landlord said that New Space should have given us both fobs, as the previous tenants handed those over to them. We then proceeded to continue the conversation with New Space, forwarding the response from the landlord and since then haven't had a single reply from them.
We chased both via email or via phone call, where we never received a reply to our emails and as for the phone calls, we were once passed from agent to agent (despite requesting to speak to a particular agent) until the last agent we tried to speak to just hung up on us.
As stated earlier, the initial on-boarding process was very nice and smooth however, once approached with a challenging situation that clearly had to be dealt with by New Space, they showed very poor, rude and disappointing service.
