The people who took my order clearly…
The people who took my order clearly knew what I was replacing on the machine. I didnt order it, but newstripe added a plastic clip for two hoses that clearly were gonna go together on the 4250. Brilliant

Stencils had to be made. They were scheduled for delivery on Friday and ended up receiving them early on Thursday. Great customer service as well with follow up phone call after ordering online.

Sent the wrong parts
Sent the wrong parts, terrible customer service. I emailed a moth ago with questions and still no reply. You guys need to do alot better.
Update. After I called them, Newstripe overnighted the correct parts.

We do indeed charge a $25.00 flat fee for all orders under $500.00, and it is free shipping for everything over $500.00. This has resulted in a huge savings to our customer base since we instituted the policy at the beginning of the year, and we have received tremendous feedback.
