Scams happen here. I ordered a figure that they had in stock. I was surprised, since that figure is really hard to get and can't be found anywhere. Due to this and having read that many bad reviews about this store, I was a bit suspicious, but I went ahead anyways and ordered it. I completed the payment, and I was scared that maybe they would send something else... but they did not send anything at all. The delivery was not certified, and they provided a tracking number, but God knows from what and to where... I never received anything. I checked with the local post office and even the delivery man himself, who my family knows, who confirmed he never got anything for us. When I tried to contact the store, they were very rude and all they said was "The delivery shows as sent, so we consider the order closed and please don't bother us again". Of course I never got my money back, and I have waited a few months to write this review to make sure I gave them time to react, but they never did. I am sure they do well with many deliveries, but they are not reliable and it seems they play dirty when they can. I would advise anyone to look for their products anywhere else.

I have ordered an item through the site, I got shipped a different item. Contacting support I received no help at all. This is basically a fraud.

Update: the shop keeps insisting the customer is an idiot. I ordered an item with the name and item code "big" (height of the product 160cm), i received an item named "small" with a different code (height 140cm). The shop keeps telling me all is fine. It is like ordering a 64Gb memory card, but receiving 32Gb card, and all is fine because both are cards. Or ordering 33cl beer and receiving 25cl beer. Somehow for the shop it is all fine. For the return of the product, I am given a @gmail.com address to contact and sort out my problem, the shop does not want to take charge. I contacted that address - no answer yet. If I manage to return the product, I will remove this feedback. But until than let everyone see it.

I am an average swimmer (1"50/100m) who wants to progress in the sport and achieve some objectives for this year. I think those goggles would just help me to do that. I do not have to think about my structured training program any longer but can simply focus on my technique and have now a view of how I am doing in real time. I have combined my purchase with the HR monitor for zone training in order to push myself. The two works flawlessly.
The phone application is also very comprehensive and synchronize immediately with my strava.
The goggles need a good 10min to get used to as the display takes a bit of your vision away but then it's all good. They fog up as any other goggles but they do keep the water out once correctly adjusted to your face (many different nose bridges provided).
They are obviously an expensive investment but to me it's another reason to get to the pool !
