Product took a long time to arrive. At least 2 weeks or so. Worked only for 5 minutes or less. I charged it, thinking low battery. But it never worked the same way. I contacted newtiful for 30 day money back explaining how it was not working. Emailed back and forth, made return hard and almost impossible. They wanted a video to show that it was not really working! I refused to include my face on the video. They then said to take a video of it on my hand. I did. But at the end, a lot of time has been wasted and it is not worth my time! So I never got my refund because they will make it so hard and impossible that you will just give up wasting more time!
Also, the sticker pad is so hard to use!

Worst Customer Service and Defective Product - Do Not Buy!
I purchased a red light therapy device Newtiful to help with under eye bags, and it was a complete disaster from the start. The product stopped working after just one week of use. The company claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I contacted them immediately to request a refund. However, I was met with a series of frustrating back-and-forth emails. Instead of honoring their refund policy, they insisted on sending me a replacement, even though I explicitly told them I wanted my money back, not another defective unit.
When the replacement arrived, one side of the machine didn’t even work from the start. This is absolutely unacceptable. Despite paying for insurance on the product, I’ve still not received my money back, and it’s been a constant struggle to get any resolution.
This company has been a nightmare to deal with, and I am still out the money I spent. The product is ineffective, and the customer service is atrocious. I would advise anyone considering this purchase to stay far away.

I do not recall the exact dates (April-June 2025) of my experience with Newtiful EyePods and gel pads that I had purchased. After trying for several weeks, I concluded that the eyepods would not work for me because I'm in my 70's and my puffy undereye problem is based on heredity and it doesn't matter what product I try, I can't seem to get good results from any. My vanity led me to try these eyepods as a last resort.
I just want to report that the Newtiful agents I dealt with via email were willing to work with me to find a satisfactory resolution. They replied to every email I sent them with my concerns. I am pleased to report that they eventually issued a full refund. They also advised that I did not have to return the unused portion of the order because it would too costly for me as it would have to be shipped outside the US.
I am very satisfied that I didn't lose any money - just my time in trying to use the product.
Newtiful have since reached out to advise that they will refund the purchase price, and are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience caused.
I purchased the eye pods a few months ago. Little tricky to use at first. I got that hang of it. I use once a day usually at night. I use an eye moisturizer after each use. At first I did not see a change, slow process.
I received the eye pods and tried them once. I didn't like the sticky tape to be put on the delicate eye area in order to secure the pods. I wrote to the company (over 20 emails) saying I wanted to return the product as I was not going to use it. They provided me with return instructions but it had to be returned to China. The postage was expensive and my return got stuck in their country's custom. They never refunded me. My credit card company did. Buyer beware. This company makes it extremely difficult to get your money back. Stay away.

I have tried so many EyePods and finally I was lucky enough to come across “ Newtiful” Not only are their products fantastic, but their customer service is the best. The actual eye pods may work well, but I cannot say for sure because I cannot afford the on going cost of the necessary patches. The company say that the patches can be used more than once but I think that is almost impossible.
When I have ordered some they take weeks to arrive.
I would not recommend this product as there are other products available which have the same properties but do not entail expensive eye patches in order to work. Very disappointed and feel cheated as this ongoing cost was not indicated when I purchased the eye pods.

I was so frustrated when I received the 2nd replacement of my Eyepod because it wasn't working again so I put a 1 review. When I reached out and told them about it, they were apologetic and sent me a 3rd replacement immediately. It is working now so I have my review updated to 3. Hope I see some effect so I can upgrade my review further.

Fast forward of several months distressing battle with this company, it became evident that the aim behind this company is to encourage people to buy their product by claiming “money back guarantee” but fail to refund any money at all. The truth is (and according to trust pilot reviews as well) this company never refunds money. In fact, from what I was told they are not able to release money and all they do, is offer another tool of theirs (chosen by them) instead of paying the money.
First they gave me 90 days, then when I didnt see any result and waned to return for a refund, they advice to use the tool differently and try again for another 90 days. By doing so, they dragged the matter for the total of 180 days. And when I went back to them claiming that its still dont work with the proof of the pics, they dragged it a bit further by doing the following ;
- offering their other tools to send for free instead of the refund
- or claiming its been over 120 days, so not entitled for a refund (despite they make you to loose the 180 days deliberately)
- then by bargaining and offering only 30% of the money
- or promise 50% and when I fed up and agreed even for that, they asked me to wait 10 days to receive it. When I contacted them that I have not received it, they claimed that they have an issue with their refund process and that they cannot refund and again they offerred another product of their’s instead. I have refused it again saying that ‘if one product dont work, I dont trust any other of your products. After that I am completely being ignored as they have dragged it enough to be sure that I have lost my rights to claim my money from them from other channels like with paypal and/or my credit card company most likely has ended.
Luckily, after investigations, I am able to take legal actions without paying a fee with no win no fee basis. There is also government funded organisations who specialised in these kind of matters and there for British consumers protecting their rights against international companies like Newtiful.
In fact, I am so angry that I wouldnt mind to spend money in order to stop them mocking people and steal their hard earned cash. However, luckily I dont have to spend anything extra. I am just fighting for a justice.
Please note I have been very patient and have tried every single route to communicate, but I was played gently and smartly to stop me taking actions and then have been ignored.
I have all the emails and the screen recorded ad from instagram where they claim to use the hairpod for 90 days and if not satisfied get the full refund even no need to return the product.
Lastly, I have never been treated like that by a company and I will do anything for a justice.
Worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Product delivered to wrong address. Then told I should contact the woman who it was delivered to and pick it up. Company sent me a picture of the house where it was delivered, wrong house. Then told I put the wrong address down and then moved. Unbelievable customer service and such lies generated.
I stopped payment on the product and will forward all email communication to the BBB. Just unbelievable!!

I like the eye pods. Not sure yet if it really works, though. It feels very relaxing when you use it. However, I’m not loving the gel pads. This is why I’m giving it a 3. First of all, it’s very hard to remove the protective films. And when it sticks to your fingers, it is hard to remove. Once you position the eye pods under your eyes, it’s great. However, removing it is challenging and it pulls the skin under the eyes
when you use the gel pads under your eyes (BTW, hard to get off their 'paper'), you have to pull them off, and it seems to me that stretches the very skin you're trying to tighten. I understand the need for the gel, but feel that's the biggest problem with your product.
I have not been able to use these as I could not attach the pads. Newtuful have offered me a full refund so there is no loss to me

To date, I have been sent three different pairs of EyePods. The first pair barely worked and was leaking something like looked like battery acid, so they sent a replacement. After using those for a few days I noticed the same issues and talked to customer service and was told they had "new" versions that were better and I would be sent another pair for free. These ones did seem to work a bit better - I could at least feel them doing something - but they hurt, felt like they were biting me, were never consistent with how strong the current felt, and ultimately after reviewing my before photos it appeared they were making my eye bags WORSE. I reached out to the company again, sending my before, 30 and 90 day photos as requested for my "Money Back Guararantee" and were told "their team noticed some improvement in my fine lines so they would offer me a 30% refund in good faith."
This following is the exact statement on their website - "Try Newtiful’s EyePods risk-free for 90 days. If you don’t see an improvement in bags, wrinkles, dark circles, or signs of aging under your eyes, you’ll get a full refund! No need to return the product."
I have pointed out that this "money back guarantee" claims that YOU, the customer, should be satisfied, not their team who is claiming to see results. I have responded and requested a full refund and am waiting to hear back.
Overall, communication was decent and I appreciate that they sent replacement products at no charge, but I ultimately don't trust this product or this company.
