I would actually give 0 stars if I could! They are terrible. It took over three weeks to receive my order.
I reached out to them via email to find out where my order was and all I got was an e mail back saying it was in transit.
Then another week later, I reached out again and the package was stuck in customs.
I had no idea that this product was coming from China, had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered as I got taken once by this.
It doesn't say anything on the site that its coming from China and therefore, it'll take weeks!!
Also, the quality of the products that I ordered where made very badly.

I tried to leave a one star review for a bra but the site won't accept it. This is why there are only '5 star' reviews! When I realized that their return policy required an EMAIL, I knew it was a scam. I came here only to see how many others were scammed. So frustrating. Just hope they don't try to use my credit card info for another scam.

Anyone that has delt with this company call your bank and get your money back also bbb has an alert that this company is fraud as well as I have not received this product and got fake automated alerts that they were processing to please be patient a joke do not do not ever order from here

This company is disgusting there is no return policy for their crappy items. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from them!!!!

This is a scam. Do not buy. A month later I still haven’t received my package. $35 completely wasted. I try to contact them. Hear nothing back.

I should have read the reviews before I bought from these company now I already regret. I have not received my bra for over a week going to the 2nd week , I can’t even track the item in these day and age what is really going on folks over in New Top Deal. Please get your act together

This was one of the worst experiences purchasing online I have ever had. I ordered a bodysuit to wear at my daughter's upcoming wedding. While I understood the shipping issues, I found another product within days of placing the order. Since I saw the order had not been processed, I asked to cancel the order. I was told they only cancel orders within six hours of placing the order. I had not received any communication from the company and was told it was on its way to me.
Three weeks later I still had not received the product! I had also not received any communication with a tracking number or status of the shipment. Over the next 30 days, I had emails back and forth. They claimed it was delivered. I never received my product. I kept getting the same canned answers. What a waste of money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

This is a Horrible company! They want me to rate a product they have not even shipped to my home. I will never buy from them again!

First off I placed my order and it didn't go into the right order. I know I had plugged it in right, so I had to go back in and place the right order, I right away wrote to the company and not to ship out the first order, that was wrong size and wrong color. I received both packages, well anyway with that being said, it didn't fit me right. I had sent both packaged back to them. I had sent them the packing slip number in which they had asked for. I didn't get back my refund. In which was 29.48 each. Here it is June and I have been dealing with this company since Jan. of this year. I got Better Business Bureau involved and they didn't respond to BBB. So now I am getting help from the Attorney General's office. I am going to ruining their name and give them a bad reputation for all the aggravation that this company had caused me and not have this happen to anyone else in the future.

Scam website, the product doesn’t march with the description. They take your money and if you want to return the item they tell you , it’s nothing wrong with it, refund not possible. Scammers!!!

RUN RUN RUN!! Do not order from this overseas company. Rip off! Still waiting for my delivery since 4/1/22. Put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back. The only reason 1 star is because, if I don’t choose a star, it wouldn’t allow me to review.

This company has been very difficult to work with. I ordered some shake wear for an event and it arrived too late to be used (well beyond the 15 day time period). I would have still kept the products but the sizing was drastically off and did not fit. Contacted them many times for a refund and it takes weeks to get a reply then they denied my refund. I disputed it with my cc company and will never be using this company again. Buyer beware!

order arrived super late. and the quality of the material is very bad. i can not get ahold of them to return item. tried to call and email. did not get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Product is very poor quality. I have had zero response from customer service. I was told I had a thirty day return and it was not honored. I cannot even get ahold of anyone on email. Lame

DO NOT BUY HERE. I never do reviews but just can’t keep silent on this one. I ordered to shape bras for my daughter’s wedding. I was charged immediately and the items never shipped. I wrote the company and no response. Then about two weeks after, the wrong items arrived. I wrote the company and got a can response “Dear lovey customer “ we will get back with you. After that, they ghosted me. Six emails letter, and still no response.
