I’ve had a great experience with Kennedy. His teaching style is very clear and easy to follow, which makes even complex networking topics much easier to understand. He explains concepts in a simple and practical way, and always makes sure everyone is on the same page.

Kennedy is an amazing tutor for Network Plus he honestly made the process fun, enjoyable and exhilarating! You could see the knowledge he has and it is immense honestly if you get him as a tutor utilise him as much as you can as he is the Einstein of Network Plus!

Course content is good and the tutors are very helpful, while I have fallen behind due to personal circumstance’s, I’ve never not once felt to be dropped or forgotten about. I would highly encourage anyone taking this course to engage with the tutors and support. They are extremely helpful,Kennedy and Baula are great!

Been doing the cyber security course and it’s been great. I hit a few bumps and fell behind, but I reached out to Ralph Margo and he set up a call the very next day. We spoke about what needed to be done, he cleared the path for me, and told me exactly what I needed to do — and what I needed to hear. Big shout out to Ralph!

Before joining this program, I had no experience in the field of Data Analysis. I was completely new to everything. However, after completing the first module on Excel, I can confidently say that I truly understand the fundamentals and feel much more comfortable working with data.

I had a very disappointing experience with the onboarding process.
From the beginning, I was told the initial call would not be a sales call. However, it very quickly became obvious that it was exactly that. Throughout the conversation, the focus was clearly on pushing me to enrol rather than providing genuine guidance or information.
The representative, Nathaniel, told me I would receive £800 off the course due to my previous data experience. Later in the conversation, he applied pressure by saying there were “only two places left” and that if I didn’t secure my place that day, I would lose the £800 discount. This felt like a classic high-pressure sales tactic rather than a transparent or supportive onboarding experience.
What I found particularly unacceptable was being called at 9pm, well out of reasonable business hours. It was extremely disturbing. I made it clear during that call that I did not want to be contacted at that time again. I had also already told him I would reach out with an update myself — yet the calls continued.
Overall, the constant calls, the pressure tactics, and the misleading framing of the initial call left me feeling uncomfortable and harassed rather than supported. This is not the professional experience I expected.

He explains every concept clearly and supports the lessons with practical coding examples, which makes it much easier to understand. After teaching each concept, he gives us time to practice on our own, which really helps in improving our skills.
He is always patient in explaining doubts and makes sure everyone understands before moving forward. The practice questions he provides are very helpful for strengthening our understanding of the concepts. His teaching method is practical, supportive, and highly effective.
