This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST way to book your flight plans. Their refund policy (if you want to call it that) is nonexistent. I have been waiting on a refund for a canceled flight booked on 04/17/2021 and here it is 07/10/2021 and still no refund. I don't know who I can report this company to but will google it and proceed with this problem in depth with whoever is the ruling body. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Please dont make the same mistake as me! I booked with them june 29. I never received a confirmation number. I emailed them and got an email back saying it waa t a real email. Then i called multiple times and every person i talked to insisted i would get the confirmation the next day. Never did. My trip is in a week so i had to book with the actual airline and because prices are inflated i had to pay $699.I filed a dispute with my bank. PRAYING i get the money back i spent this EVIL site!

If there was a zero star I would give it that. This website is a scam , back in April I had cancelled my flight the same day and the email said it would take 21-24 days to come fast forward I have called them more than 40 times since then. Yet they still haven’t paid my money ! I have emailed them as well and they say the same old crap ! I’ve had enough of this. I don’t even know why people are giving this scammers a high rating.

I had a terrible experience with this company. it seems that they are doing fraud. I have canceled my flight and supposedly I should receive my money back in a 1-2 billing period, but it is almost 4 months that I did not get my money back. I emailed and called them many times and each time they said that I will receive my money back shortly, but it never happened. I am convinced enough to believe that this is a scam website.
I am going to talk to my lawyer and file a formal complaint.

Absolutely fudging horrible! Do not go through this site! Total scam! My dad just bought tickets and I’m trying to reach their customer service and NON of the contact info provided is working ! They gave us a number to call for “immediate response” which gives a busy line and their customer service email says “it’s not found” I am absolutely mortified from what a scam this has been WOW!

Total scam don’t even waste your time the CC companies know it’s a scam they don’t even honor the transaction they remove it from your account before you even ask them to. That’s how bad this company is. The 4 star reviews are just people that pay to say they are a 4 star company.

RUN!!! This company is a joke! It took over a week to get our 5 e tickets! Then 24 hours later they voided our tickets! They tried to blame the airlines but when I called the airline they confirmed it was them😡 and getting a refund be back is a joke! Filed with my credit card company a fraudulent charge. They said they will reissue the tickets. Yeah no thanks how do I know you won’t cancel them again!!!! So sickening that people think this is ok to do!

This company is nothing but scam I have been waiting since April 23rd on a refund Been calling keep getting the runaround with everything asked for a supervisor and conveniently they're all in a meeting and keep getting hung up on I would not suggest anybody booking through this website it's a big scam!!!!!!!

Worst experience EVER! I have called once a week since April 15th about my refund! It’s processing, there’s been a computer glitch. Still no refund. I’m about to get the BBB involved. So y’all better be careful. I wouldn’t use this company. I mean at the time the ticket was booked we was needing a flight ASAP but plans changed. We got treated like crap for canceling too.

I accidentally booked a flight to Denver Colorado when I was trying to book a flight to Long Beach California. Do naturally I canceled within an hour. That was on April 10,2021. This is now June 29. After 5 or 6 calls they answer the same “Your refund will be back in your bank in a few days”. I honestly believe they are a scamming people. Beware. I am calling the airlines to see if there is anything they can do to help shut them down. They do not honor their refund policy. Please beware. I am a 70 year old widow that had saved her pennies for a year to fly from Texas to California to see my daughter and 3 grandchildren. Since I had to buy another ticket with the money that I planned to spend doing fun things with them. We had a good visit anyway. You don’t need these people book your flight directly with the airlines. You will save money in the long run.

If you have time and money to waste then this is for you. Either than that they aren't good on anything they promise you. They will never send you the e-ticket which shouldn't take long to receive and when you call you'll get a different answer every time regarding when it's coming. The way they even answer the phone is suspicious. PROBABLY A SCAM.

Like many other reviews on here I purchased the ticket, received an email with a booking number telling me they would send me the e-ticket when the payment was processed. $643 was debited from my account and when I woke up this afternoon still no e-ticket I have called and I have emailed nothing no response I have had to call my bank and cancel my card and report them as fraudulent,,, now I am now 1800 miles away from home with no debit card. The bank is sending me another one to my home address 1800 miles away in 7 to 10 business days,,, LESSON LEARNED!! #FURIOUS

Purchased an airline ticket though New Travel Trip.com in March 2021. After almost a month I had not received my e-ticket yet, calling again they said the plane was over booked and I never secured a seat. I was told I would get a refund. After the 14 business days I called again, after many, many calls and emails it is now June and they still reassure me it's being processed. I have now started a complaint with the BBB. Hoping I get my money back soon. Long story short- Do Not use this company!!!

Do not book here!!! Total scam & not legit!!! Go straight through the airline website!

Bought tickets a few months ago and today I get a SPAM call that my tickets were not confirmed. To call back at a number that does not work. The website # says to leave a message that they will call you back. Also email address returns cannot find. Two Days away from my flight and I have to book again for double the price with another company since the Airline had no such flight. Stay away from this website for booking!!

My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!

June 21st 2021 is today's date. I book 2 flights to Vegas February 4th. On the day of flights there was no tickets upon arrival at the ticket counter. When new travel trip was called I was told the tickets had been canceled when I asked why I was told because the price of the flights had gone up since I purchased the tickets. Not seeing how that was my fault when money was taken from my account on the day of booking. From February 21st till today June 21st I have NOT received my refund.

Took four months to get my Etickets, only after multiple phone calls talking to multiple "agents." These people work remotely from home. Terrible connections, dogs barking, traffic noise, tv noise. After so many phone calls I started counting. Eleven agents. Eight disconnects and no one would call me back. "You will have your Etickets within forty-eight hours"....
..."You will have your Etickets within twenty minutes". LIES. Newtravel changed the airline twice, and blamed it on the airline. Finally I called the original airline. I was told there was no reservation. I was told Newtravel cancelled our reservation the day after I booked it in February. The airlines can look on their computer and determine everything that happens with their reservations. The airline also told me the flights were available when Newtravel stated otherwise. When I finally received the Etickets within thirty-six hours of departure date in June, there was no airline listed!! When I called Newtravel, they told me I was flying Delta. The original airline was United. When we got to Delta ticket counter, with Etickets in hand, they stated Newtravel had refunded our tickets May 31!!!! One hour later, Delta had us on their airplane. THANK YOU DELTA! Now for the return flight. Again, Newtravel told us the wrong airline. The airline sent us away because they had no reservation for us. We decided to try United even though it was on the other side of the airport. As we passed by American Airlines, my gut instinct told me to check with them first. Time was dwindling. Sure enough, they had a reservation. My husband is checking his credit card to see if Newtravel actually refunded the money back to the credit card. This fiasco might not be over just yet..check back!!

I ordered a plane ticket on April 16. I never recieved my eticket. I contacted support several times and they kept telling me 24-48 hrs. Today, June 8th I ordered a more expensive ticket directly through United, and called support again. Told them this, and if I did not receive my eticket within 24 hrs I would contact CC company to dispute charges. They said they would call at 7pm when I got home from work. They called an hour later, while I was at work, and left an email that said there was a problem and since I was unavailable to make new arrangements, they were cancelling my flight and issuing a refund. So, for almost 2 months, they couldn't complete one of the most basic functions of their business, ignored a scheduled call time, and gave me less than an hour to respond to their error. I don't know if this was a scam, or just an unorganized dog and pony show ran by incompetent imbeciles, but I will be disputing any charges and will never use their site again. I recommend you use another service, any money you may potentially save is not worth the headache of rebooking a trip last minute that was supposed to be taken care of nearly 2 months ago.

We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.
