From time to time I have a question about the bike…they never fail to respond and often with minutes.
I had a flat tire and removing the rear wheel is not that straight forward; but they have a video on the process. I brought that video with me to a local bike shop. Fortunately I did, as the bike shop was not up to the task…until I showed them the video and then it was easy breezy.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Stella and the entire Urtopia support team. My bike battery was damaged, and Stella made sure the issue was handled immediately. She arranged for a replacement battery to get to me within just 3 days, which is exactly the kind of first-class customer service people hope for when something goes wrong.
I’m genuinely impressed by her professionalism, responsiveness, and the level of care shown throughout the process. I bought a Carbon Classic ST bike a few weeks ago. It’s light (38 net lbs) yet powerful enough to assist me riding up hills. Because it’s so light, I can easily ride it as a “regular” bike, and use the assistance when I need it. I LOVE this bike…it’s high quality and very user friendly. Also, the customer service from the company is great..they quickly answered my questions. Compared to other (mostly heavier) bikes, this one is a true winner!

Smooth torque , super quiet
Have put on about 100 miles. The bike is very quiet and keeps up with rated mileage for the corresponding mode. Power transmission is very smooth - it doesn’t jerk at any point. I mostly use it on ‘smart’ mode and I get about 25 miles using up about 75-80%of the battery. The mud-guard is flimsy but overall the bike exudes quality. So far so good. Super enjoyable ride.
Good support response
I emailed support to get help registering for my warranty. They couldn't help me immediately but the communication was very good and when I got them the info they needed they set up my warranty for me and let me know.

I love my bike thus far. The seat, is another issue. Still trying to find the best seat. I found a post and it helps significantly w the stiffness of going over bumps.

The bike is a beauitful pink
The bike is a beauitful pink. I lke the step thru. I find that the 3 inch tire is more sensitive on the turns. Learning curve. I need at least 2 weeks to get used to this ebike. I use my bike solely for exercise and fun, so I will not use the throttle. The helmet is great. I am still awaying my comfort seat on the April 9th order

I asked a question about the suspension seat post I bought because it won't work with the AVES light system attached to the bike.
I got a quick response, a refund on the suspension seat post and they offered told me to keep the suspension seatpost in case I want to use the seat post if I take the AVES light system off. What a great company and excellent customer service.
