DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered over 2 weeks ago, my items were supposed to be 48hr tracked delivery. I have still not received anything, and they have not responded to any of my emails or online chat requests.
I have requested a refund but still had no response!

Newvaping going downhill fast

I've used newvaping exclusively for a couple of years and they've always been great but there's something very wrong going on at the moment. My husband messaged them weeks ago.... No reply. I put in a large order of disposable vapes and none of the batteries lasted more than half a day, some came out of the box dead. I can only assume they've bought dodgy stock or they're super old . I Messaged them and as of yet also no reply. They used to reply within an hour!

Ups and downs.

The prices are really good. But if you have a favourite the stock is never restocked. It's a case of get them when you can...if they get the order right. I ordered 20 off my favorites and they never arrived. Was so gutted. I had a refund but was so looking forward to them. I would recommend them for price reason as I have mention. Looking for my favourites everywhere as the flavour I like is available in more updated version of the models but not on this site. They did get me the 85 of another item I loved so I appreciated that so much. The emails are answered so quickly too.

Awful Company. Scam!

Paid for next day shipping for it to be delivered 2 weeks later. they tell me they dont have the item i ordered in stock yet it said they have it on the website and they didnt even refund the money i paid for next day shipping

Don’t go anywhere near them

Don’t go anywhere near them.

Placed and order and got the automatic response. 3 weeks later I chased. Got another automatic reply. 2 days later told them to cancel and no response. Got an email within an hours saying that the are out of stock so will cancel my order. Nothing about my emails. 9 days later still chasing my money back. So poor it is unbelievable.

Great bargains

Have used this company a few times before but not in a while so decided to see what they had on offer. Plenty of choice and some cracking deals. Purchased some of my favourite nic salts for only £1 in the sale. Delivery took a little longer than if expected but I assume that's down to Royal Mail. Very happy with my purchases.

Poor from start to finish

Poor from start to finish , delivery was almost a week and in this day and age it’s ridiculous , the vapes themselves were horrid tasted like ass when u actually managed to get a drag out of one. Safe to say I will not be returning

Value for money

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but they were extremely helpful in changing my order when I emailed them within 30 minutes. The customer service was prompt and accommodating. My order arrived quickly and well-packaged. Highly recommend!
