Ordered a few times
First problem warehouse was having work done (they had no warning apparently) didn't find out until after my vapes should of been delivered.
Second problem, gave them the benefit of the doubt and Ordered again. After placing order got an email saying oh we are moving warehouses you will have tracking information on the 5th (order placed on the 1st of September) had nothing on the 5th my order eventually showed up on the 10th of September. Got offered a discount on my next order. Yeah won't be ordering again.
You might want to inform customers before they place orders

Ordered a kit from here over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Received an email with some twaddle about them moving warehouses (not my problem?) and that they can't provide me with a date of when my order will ship. As a courtesy, they offered me a 10% coupon towards another order. Very kind of them but they're offering a 15% coupon to everyone on the front page of their website so I don't think I'll be taking them up on it. When will I receive my new vape? Who knows? They don't

I order from here all my vapes. There on time with delivery, and love the flavours. Really nice 😊

Didn't expect to receive out of date liquids,out of 9 bottles 2 were good, others went to bin,discusting taste, waste of money, never again

Always have in stock what I am looking for, arrives by Royal Mail on time. No cost for postage. All round good service so far.

fast delivery and all items correct. Price was really good and picked up some bargains.

First order was delivered and it was all correct. Ordered on a Friday so it was despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Wednesday. (Free if you spend 20 quid)

Second time I ordered on the Sunday before Easter Monday bank holiday so I would expect a small delay, ie ship it on the Tuesday but they didn't even despatch until Wednesday evening. Now it's in the hands of royal mail. I'll get it on Friday.

Products and prices are spot on, but they could do with a bit of work on the fulfillment side of the business.

Order a week before you're going to run out and you should be ok.
