The ring is beautiful exactly what I wanted.However when it was delivered apartment two it’s not on the first floor and that’s where they rang bell. I had to have it sent to the FedEx store near my house and I picked it up there.

I purchased a white diamond pinky ring in Nov. 2019. Last week, July 2021, I went to put on my ring and of the 2 largest diamonds was gone! Was a pavé setting so no prongs to deal with…safest setting. I have 2 genuine diamond rings purchased in the 1960s that have every single diamond in them today…50 years! This pinky ring is now USELESS IN 2.5 YEARS!!!
Unprofessional workmanship done here at World Diamonds. Sent them an email about the quality of their work & a picture of the ring with missing stone… haven’t heard back from them yet! And probably won’t.
So unhappy doing business with them.

The ring is nice (not into rings) as it's for someone else. The shipment was dropped off without signature so I was lucky that it wasn't compromised or my wife opened it on accident. I'm not impressed with the cardboard and Styrofoam box the ring came in and I have to buy something less cheap.

They prosesed the order quickly and the package arrived in a couple of days even though we chose standard shipping. The credit card withheld payment until I confirmed the transaction, but NWD hung in until it cleared.

My wife ordered a pair of earrings from New World Diamonds, but the earrings were not what was expected.

Contacted Anji in customer service. Explained the situation. Anji immediately sent a return shipping label. She also followed up by email.

We had the refund credited to our account in less than 4 business days from date the returned earrings were received by New World Diamonds.

Excellent customer service and a desire to maintain a satisfied customer.

Because of the excellent customer service, we will order from them again in the future

The size of the diamond is much smaller than the first one I purchased. Customer service did not give any discount for it.

Ring came on time and is lovely. This is the 2nd ring I've purchased, and I love them both.

From the call in, to the delivery, to placing the ring on her finger, it was a great experience. I was very skeptical of purchasing a lab created diamond, especially sight unseen by internet. What prompted me was going into a mall jewelry store and looking at two rings, one lab created, the other mined. They were both equally beautiful and equally priced. The ring I ordered was very beautiful at 1/2 the price. Never again will I pay the price for a mined diamond, they’re the same…

My ring is stunning. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I am already planning my purchase for next year. My only feedback would be is that because of how long it takes to create your item, I would like a few progress reports along the way. It was a substantial purchase and it would have eased my concerns as a first time customer to get a progress report at some point.

One of the earrings is bent. Good quality overall but should be a bit more careful next time.

P.S: the Diamonds are better than we expected.

The online process is quick and easy and when I had questions about a security issue that came up with my form of payment I was assisted by a live agent in short order ; they also were well equipped to aid me in reissuing my order with all the information corrected and the security confirmed . They seemed invested in ensuring that the purchase was processed correctly

The quality of their diamonds is really quite good. I have a 1 ct. E color SI1 diamond that I got from them, it's very well cut and visually stunning. My setting was also purchased from them, and it is high quality.

My experience with that ring was so good that it prompted me to purchase a couple other pieces from them. I will most likely purchase from them again.

Customer service is prompt and helpful, the whole process is easy.

Fast shipping, excellent quality! Diamonds were actually bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise. Love that they included a certification card along with a handwritten thank you note. Will definitely buy from New World Diamonds again!

What a gorgeous diamond! Having had the opportunity to analyse some deep pink synthetic diamond a few years ago I was looking forward to getting this diamond. It's color is truly outstanding and met my high expectations. It makes the perfect addition to my colored diamond collection.
