Worth it and with great deals
It was really easy to buy the pass and to use it, also its a great plus to book the time to visit at the places when you need a reservation. Didnt have a problem at the 4 places i book. Also it was with a better price than buying it directly at the place

Not adequate
Few days ago I bought the pass, and since I’ll be going o New York for New Year’s, I wanted to start booking the attractions that require mandatory reservations. However, through the app Go City bookings are still not open. Customer support in the chat told me I’ll be able to book only either 10 days or 7 days in advance, depending on the attraction. I find this absurd during such a peak season. I paid in advance and now I risk not finding availability, especially since on the official websites of the attractions people without the pass can already book for New Year’s!

New York Explorer Pass - a little less expensive
For the bigger attractions the app itself provides the ticket. For other you‘ll habe to redeem an attraction voucher. Overall it‘s very easy to use the app and enjoy the very expensive New York attractions for somewhat less but still expensive.

I liked the activities they have to do
I liked the activities they have to do, they are all great. I didn't like the WhatsApp attention to resolve doubts about reservations, it was inopportune and rude.
I think they should have people who communicate via telephone in Spanish.

The Explorer Pass is highly recommended!
The Explorer Pass is ideal for saving money, planning trips and reserving attractions. The overall package is excellent. However, the instructions should be revised, as in some cases the QR code is sufficient for access.
