Its a scam
Its a scam! they use false links and also buy your details from amazon or AliExpress, same company. Customer support is Pilipino. Funny to me as I have a property out there. Based company at Basingstoke which is social housing. I have reported them via .Gov and on company house and HMRC. Was absolutely fuming when I saw my bank. So hopefully put a stop to them.

As per the many other people below, apparently this is an incredibly sneaky subscription service for something I have no interest in or use of. The fraud department of my bank fortunately flagged this up to me before the first £41 left my account. The company cannot keep blaming this on individuals’ mistakes, this is simply a scam. I found “login details” in my junk email sent from this company - they don’t even work. Don’t go near anything mentioning their name.

Scam. Currently running a competition saying it is from Barilla Italian Food Products and you have won pasta and sauces. Asked to pay £2.50 postage and when details are entered you start getting billed by this company. Attempted to debit £40.99 within days from my account. Account now blocked
I contacted the company and found them very unhelpful insisting that I had signed up to a subscription with them with emails sent confirming this. This was not true and no emails had been sent. They did however cancel the subscription for me and I received confirmation of this. Details all passed to the fraud department of my bank.
17/03/25 still ongoing. Despite their response to my review the only resolution has been to cancel the alleged 'subscription' and I have received the initial £2.50 back in my bank account. They seem incapable of providing proof I signed up to anything or refunding the £40.99. The rest of the money has since been refunded by my bank who I hope will pursue this disgraceful company for their costs.
