Bad support and bad quality
I pre-ordered the XL 1.5 years ago. They changed the screen from 120 hz to 60.
Well I didn't like it, but sure wasn't really gaming on it. The mouse pad and touchscreen are horrible. But I used a normal mouse with it so who cares.
After 1.5 years of using it, barely using it I might add, it broke. I used it like once every 3 weeks. It doesn't turn on and when I try to charge it, it starts ticking. Probably faulty pcb or battery.
I contacted them and they ask me 130 dollars to repair it myself or 150 if I want it repaired. They say there is only 1 year of warranty, while EU law says I have 2 years. (Yes I live there)
They don't respond anymore.
The charger also made a weird ticking noise, and got super warm. Didn't trust it and stopped using it
Stay away from nexdock. Bad quality and bad service
