DO NOT CHOOSE NEXITY
Apartments are dirty,expect to have cockroaches. At the end of the stay they didn’t reimburse me the whole amount of the deposit because of the so called ‘’ cleaning services’’ of 96 euros they would have to charge. The apartment being left in a much better state that I have found it. Not mentioning that the products for the insects including the cockroaches were payed by myself. Do not choose this residence as they will look for every chance in order not to reimburse you the whole sum of money as they are stealers.

Very difficult to pay (monies refunded) and then they threaten Court action. Even when you visit to try and settle the account because the website says they are open, they are closed. I am disgusted with my treatment and the responses so far.

Do not waste your time with them if you are moving from outside of France.
Nexity, while not stating it publicly anywhere, will only accept documents in French. If your papers are in English, they will require you to pay for a certified translator, even if the "document" is a page full of numbers, or your personal ID card.
So, My advice is to avoid them and bring your business to someone less, well, xenophobic.
