I believe nexora to be a thoroughly deceitful... Lying company ... However from day one I tended to believe their representative Alex ... Who has apparently been deceiving me all along... He has persuaded me to wait until new year's Eve... When in his word he " guarantees " everything will be sorted... And while I don't trust or believe a word of it I have agreed to give him the time he asked for ... After all he gave me " his word" ... Gotta wait 3 weeks but don't expect a thing other than excuses or more lies

This is a scam company, I ordered a composter in the beginning of October, have contact many times but no success, in the end was offered a refund but 30per cent less, no proof that this was sent on courier service info. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLEES YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY.

Despite the logo on their website, they are NOT registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. They are not at the Walkie-Talkie at 20 Fenchurch Street in London despite that being the registered address on the website, Every positive review has no profile pictures whereas most negative reviews link to a real email/profile.

The company helped me a lot. They told me I needed to make a small payment to change the money from crypto to GBP. After that, I got the money in 48 hours. Everything went well and they really helped me. I'm thankful.

Via whatsapp appointments they build a relationship of trust. Show fake recovered funds. Trick you into upfront costs through lies and deception with false claims of failed transactions. Trick you again, into sending funds to an additional fake crypto platform for proof of ID before sending funds that don't exist. Then delete my account as if nothing has happened together with fake recommendations.

Good experience overall. Communication was a bit slow at the start, but once they got into the case everything was handled professionally.

A Scam company incorporated in the United Kingdom on 11 April 2025 by somebody who is a 79-year-old accountant(Companies House records). I don't know many retired people who understand cryptocurrency.
The cold caller would not answer simple questions like, Who is your data controller, and promptly hung up the phone.

It is a scam. The have corned me for £400.00.

I would like to share my experience with Nexora – they have helped me three times with refunds, and they truly supported me a lot. I even had the chance to meet them in real life, because at first, I didn’t believe this field was real. But they are genuine and extremely professional in what they do.

Nexora finance still refuse to return my £200!!!!!! They have stopped all communications with me via whatts app. They have increased my deposit to £400 now due to coinbase requirements. I’ve asked for proof of the requirements by coinbase but they do not provide me with any documents explaining why I must now pay additional £200 for coinbase.

I’ve been scammed £200. From nexora finance due to their lies. Now I can’t contact anyone at Nexora finance and nobody within the company provides any proof of coinbase wanting a further £200.

Stay away from Nexora finance. Do not give them any money because they will just keep it and then ignore you.

I want my £200 back and they keep on saying no no no we are not giving it to you. Complete the £400 deposit and we will give you your money.

Scammer scammers scammers. Stay away as they cannot provide any evidence of their claims from coinbase. They tell you to deposit to receive funds but nothing ever happens. I’ve lost £200 to nexora finance. My next step is to contact capital house and report them for theft.

Nexora finance have now requested I pay £400 instead of £200. With no evidence from coinbase instructing me to pay the additional £200 on top of the £200 that I’m currently due to pay.

Due to this lack of evidence from coinbase instructing for a further £200 they are not communicating with me via WhatsApp. They still refuse to refund me my original deposit of £200 with no valid reason. Nexora finance reply is simply “no”

I have continued to email Nexora finance regarding my account and now they ignore the emails.

Stay away from Nexora finance. They stole my £200 and now want a further £400. I’m scared to think what additional fees they will expect from me if I went to follow their process of recovering my funds.

They are scammers. They claim to reimburse your money but once you pay them they lie lie lie and steal your deposits and refuse to give back Your money. The accounts department I agreed for me to deposit £50 to receive a percentage of my funds. After my £50 deposit the account department informed me I needed to deposit another £50 to allow the transaction to be processed. Once again the accounts department informed me I will not get my funds or my £100 deposit back if I did not deposit another £100. Once again I deposited another £100 to receive my deposits and money that was owed to me according to nexora finance. After the final £100 deposit I was told to deposit a further £200. I refused to deposit the additional £200 they wanted and nexora finance refused to return my deposits. So they basically lied to get me to deposit £200, and now they are not giving my £200 back. They are thieves and liars. Do not deposit any funds to nexora finance they will keep your money and never give it back to you. They will lie and refuse to provide you the legal documents and ignore your questions you may have regarding their process.

They provide a contact us telephone number that does not exist.

They provide an email address that does not reply to your messages.

Nexora finance are liars and scammers and they all they want you to do is deposit money. All through their lies and deceit

100% scam. Do not go near this company. They scammed my relative bad. Not sure? They claim payment in advance to give you back the money others have scammed you out of before. Of course they do not pay you anything back, of course they are not a registered company, of course their website domain is ”all redacted for privacy” and of course their contact is another website domain, nexora.support, registered in Reykjavik. They work with ”agents” from a copycat of Coinbase, a real company, under the name ”Coinbase Institutional (UK) Limited.” that has nothing to do with the real Coinbase. Just stay away from them, or be scammed.

As a person who lost a lot online didnt think that there were genuine people left to help get back what was stolen.
Thankfully there is, Nexora Finance saved me not only they got back what I lost but they improved my security in many ways.
Forever grateful!!!
