I've ordered a dress last 6th december with one day delivery.
Got an email on which they wrote : delivery 10th december
The dress is for a party tomorrow evening.. so next day delivery was OK;
Unfortunately, they have received my payment from paypal, I did not get any other information about the delivery. No possibility to follow the order from your customer account, DPD which is supposed to deliver did not send me any email, their phone number (written on the website) is not working (pas en service said the answering machine) - their online chat on the website is just disconnecting you before you can write a single word - they do not reply messages on facebook..
so it is the worst purchase I've made.. and I am forced today to buy another dress for tomorrow. I will ask paypal my money back ++
Update : it is now 3.45 pm wednesday 12th December..
Just called the shop to which it has to be delivered
they've answered the package is marked as sent but they did not receive anything yet (since monday).
So the event at the office is tomorrow and no dress...
Won't buy there any more and won't recommend it to anyone.
