most NEXT DAY deliveries arrive 2 even longer days late
most recent reason given was that both the original and follow-up delivery dates were missed because HE was running late...perhaps tomorrow
what irks me is that this is the norm of my experience with Next...and not once has a customer service person said sorry or thought that this was a big deal
does no one manager monitor delivery times?
