The first shop for me and I always find something stunning

I just bought a top shop bag and top shop Aubrey boots2. The boots were ONLY£25 even though they are still selling them in Topshop for £78 !!!!! And I bought a faux snake skin rucksack which was also Topshop. Perfect delivery as I ordered Wednesday night and received it on Saturday morning was so happy as I was going out Saturday night and wanted my boots! Although the boots said they had been repaired and worn I honestly thought they looked brand new, they even had the Topshop label written on the bottom . I looked for the signs of wear the store warned me of and I saw about half a scuff on the sole that probably would have been on it if I bought it new in store from people trying it on. The reviews on Topshop about this boot were thT the buckles fall off very easily, however these boots were labelled as repaired and their buckles are absolutely solid , so I think I just paid a hell of a lot less for An improvement on Topshops original ! But all on all perfect, I've been wearing the boots found the house all day and despite the fact that it would be nice having a little discount fashion secret I couldn't keep it tom myself and have now told all my friends about it!

I was not impressed with this site. Ordered a few things one was coming apart at the seams, one had pieces missing from it and another smelled of perfume eventhough it was supposed to be new. Shoes were also all scuffed up and not the pair in the picture. I appreciate that they might not have noticed this while packing but they should check items more thoroughly.
Also I was still charged for items which had been marked as out of stock and a note to refund. Had to jump through hoops to eventually get the refund for out of stock items I never received. Don't understand why it took so long to refund for items they never sent me! Too much hassle, wont shop again, convoluted returns/refunds process.
I give them 2 stars because it was a bad shopping experience but I don't believe they did it on purpose. Just need to improve, check items more carefully and refund buyers for out of stock items immediately.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes originally sold in topshop from this site. At first I had reservations, particularly as it was my boyfriend paying for them as a Christmas present, it seemed to good to be true for them to be selling them at nearly half the retail price and the website didn't look all that great cosmetically (easy to navigate round though so I suppose that's the most important thing). Anyway after looking at some online reviews similar to this one and finding a fashion blog mentioning the site I decided to give it a go. So glad I did, as is stated in the description of a few of the shoes they have been display items and for that reason there may be minor wear. In my case the shoes arrived in about four days (I never received a confirmation email or anything) and the 'wear' was a very slightly scuffed heel. No visible wear at all, stickers were still on the bottom in fact. All in all I would definitely recommend this site, the shoes I brought were Aubrey2's (£40, retail in topshop at £78) and they sold out in topshop pretty fast and I've since found a seller on eBay selling them for £109! So it really is worth looking round first and these were the cheapest I found by far, even the winning bids on eBay for this product sold by individual sellers were higher than this! Very happy girl thank you! I'll be returning soon!

Great sandals not previously owned but scuffed on bottom and name marker penned out which left a mark on bottom of me foot

I and my sister compiled our shopping list together, both excited that we were able to buy stuff that we would never pay for at full price. I received a confirmation email very quickly after paying and received my parcels 2 days after they were shipped. I worked out we made savings of about £200, which is awesome! We went for signed for shipping despite qualifying for free shipping, just because we spent quite a bit and didn't want to risk it getting lost and not having the money refunded. Overall, very happy with both the site and my purchases, will be recommending and visiting again.

Have bought regularly from nexttonowt in the days when they were on ebay to now & have always had a good service. The only reason I wouldn't tell my friends about this site is it's such a little gem & most of my friends wonder how I manage to dress so well & still have money in the bank. I don't tell many of them it's because of this & a few other places I've found. I've had some real bargains from here & rate it very highly, if you want in fashion items in good condition this is the place to come. Only ever sent one item back & had no problems returning & getting refund. 5 star site.

I had to return a pair off boots as they didn't fit and they credited my returned postage costs to my account and sent me another pair within the week!
Brilliant item and will defiantly be using the company again!!!!!

I brought some shoes and dresses and they are brill and so cheap I can't believe how good they are and the postage was fast too , I would buy from them again

I found some great flat forms from a high end clothes shop on here for like 13 pound less! They were great quality.The service form next2nowt is great, they kept me informed at all times with updates of my items status.It was a speedy delivery and was well packaged .

I bagged a bargain leather bag this time and absolutely love it. It was a second hand one but I took the risk and it was better than expected and I love it!

My items arrived promptly and were what I ordered but for 2 weeks I have been trying to return 2 of my items without success. I have emailed twice to ask how I return them but have not received a response
