Very poor service and communication
Having commissioned nextbrain last year for a project we needed to launch quickly, suffice to say their communication has been very poor and their quality of work is just as poor. Project turn around was 2 weeks as stated on their proposal and almost 1-year later, project is still ongoing. after payments have been made, communication is even worse. The project is at a pivotal point but we still have nothing to show for it. i contacted the owner a few days back but still no response. Wouldnt recommend them. Pay the extra for a better quality work and service
