I placed an order for a Profhilo…


I placed an order for a Profhilo ampoule from *Next Day Aesthetics*, intending to take it with me on an international flight. It was extremely important that it arrived on time. However, after waiting for three days without any update, my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation or notification.

They do *not* offer secure payment options like PayPal or Klarna — only direct card payment, which feels quite risky. I contacted customer service several times via email and only received a refund *10 days later*.

This was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially considering the urgency of my situation. I won’t be ordering from them again and I don't recommend them to others.

Amazing Customer Service

Amazing service offered by Next Day Aesthetics!

I made an order last week and received next day, products are all amazing and prices beat my past suppliers, I spoke with Tilly who answered all of my questions about the products and was super helpful

You definitely don’t get this level of customer service with other suppliers!!
