I placed this order expecting next business day processing and timely delivery. On May 7, I received a shipping notice stating the order was going to ship that day and would arrive on time. However, it did not actually ship until May 8, and as of May 11, I still have not received the order.

The inaccurate shipping notification and delay were frustrating, especially since the timeline was a key reason for placing the order. Communication and delivery expectations need to be more accurate.

Creating my image through simple online ordering and the finished product was easy and the stickers look amazing. Also, the price was excellent after comparing other options. Very happy with experience overall!

It was an easy thing to just reorder my cards. They shipped fast and were exactly as I wanted them.

I was very happy with the final result. However the Name Next day flyers is a little mis leading. I really didn't expect it to take so long to arrive. Other than that I was happy with the quality of the banner.

Some of my transfer were missing, plus I paid extra for fast delivery but received my transfer the same if I didn’t pay the extra fee. Quality wasn’t so good either, I won’t be using this company again.

The banner came out really great, and there was really fast at arriving. This banner was for my little brother’s pet tortoise. Since it’s getting kind of big, we wanted to decorate the back patio with the landscape where they live.

Someone changed (shrunk) our artwork for our cards. All the lettering and information so small. Not happy at all. I've been using your company for 7 years. Seriously considering finding someone new. I was given 50% off the cost of our cards, I would have rather had a remake of them.

Deadline was missed and I had to order a back up set to have postcards for my conference. This was the second time in the last few months where they missed the deadline. Also, though they have a 3-day promise, the math doesn't math. I spoke to a rep who said exactly this- If you approve a proof on a Friday, it is like the approval is accepted on Monday and then Tues is the first of the 3 business days. So what do they do with my approval on Monday? I asked if anything gets actioned on Monday and he just said that this is their process. I love the quality and ease of ordering. I also appreciate being able to pick up the product (though I still drive an hour).

The door hangers looked great. But they did not arrive when they were promised even with the expedited shipping. I would use them again, but not in a pinch.
