Templates were easy to use. I was confident that my designs would work within them, so I skipped the proof approval process, which sped the whole production/shipping process significantly. The items arrived promptly as promised and the quality was SUPERB. Will use again!

I sent in two pictures to printed a the same time. I did ask for proofs and only one was proofed the same day. Because of this, I was forced to pay extra for shipping for the other package. I think in the future, you should send the proofs at the same time so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The brochures turned out great! The fold lines were accurate, and the printing was perfect. They were mailed on time, but the shipper delayed them a day.
