Bad service and product
Bought a mattress for my disabled mother 27/8/25 but sadly it caused her severe back pain within 2/3 days of sleeping on it. Contacted Nextdaymattress to get it exchanged as it had the 100 night trial but was told have to use the mattress for 50 days before the exchange can be done. Also the 14 days return does not apply due to 100 night sleep trial. Total scam and not helpful at all. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again.

Ordered a mattress for ‘next day’ after a week of chasing I finally got the mattress. Well it’s like sleeping on a brick. Woke up with the worst back pain I’ve ever experienced. Thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt and slept on it a couple more nights. Now my backs worse than ever…. Called customer service and the lady was rude and unhelpful and said as it’s been slept on I can’t return it (what a joke! And surely illegal against consumer rights?!) it has the “100 day night promise” but was told they also won’t allow me to exchange for another one?! This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Do not buy from this corrupt company

I ordered an Ortho Brilliance 2000 mattress king size and a mattress protector I also paid for the “delivery to a room of your choice” option, I realise the delivery was contracted out and booked and paid for by Nextdaymattress, the vehicle pulled up at my house and the 2 men lifted the mattress out of the van, the engine was left running, they carried the mattress into the hall and I explained I had paid the additional charge to have it carried upstairs, the 2 men returned to the van and I thought to turn the engine off and maybe collect some gloves, no they jumped into the van and drove off, there is a builder working in the road so I asked if he and 1 of his men would carry the mattress upstairs for £20.00 which they did, he said they were eating their lunch in the van and watched the delivery men “them 2 were a bit sharp must be on a bonus”
I cannot comment on the mattress yet as I haven’t slept on it, the mattress was well packaged with 3 separate plastic bags, unfortunately the delivery and additional service I have paid for was very poor thankfully I didn’t book my old mattress to be collected as I suspect it would still be upstairs.
mis selling goods
I purchased a euro double but they sold me a mattress that they knew was a standard 4ft 6 ( it said so on the packaging ) . they say the difference was only a few cm so it was within tolerance . However if I had wanted a 4ft 6 mattress I could have ordered it much cheaper as its a standard size. they are refusing to collect it.

Website says driver will call 1 - 2 hours before delivery but they didn't. It also says they'll text you a timeslot the 'evening before' but I didn't get a text until the following morning, quit late. I paid for a 2 hour timeslot but they called after that to say they were running half an hour late - with no apology. When they turned up, they'd obviously dragged the mattress along the muddy, rainy ground, as the outer layer of plastic was filthy. They were going to drag it through my hallway like this until I stopped them and asked them to remove the plastic before bringing it indoors. There were 2 of them, so why didn't they lift it? They then threw it on the bed, still with a layer of plastic on it, and went to leave. I asked them to remove the plastic. They whinged a bit but did remove it. The mattress itself doesn't have the correct brand logo on it and after reading other reviews, that makes me suspicious. Having to pay extra because there's a flight of stairs is also a con. I will never use these cowboys again. Back to Bensons for me next time!

I brought a mattress which is so uncomfortable not able to sleep on it even after purchasing an additional mattress topper at additional cost from another company.I also paid for old mattress to be taken away but the mattress i had was better than one supplied.
1 week delivery + horrible return policy
You can return your mattress only if you haven't used it. What kind of return policy is this one? Argos, John Lewis, Amazon, all allow customers to test the mattress (using a mattress protector) up to 30 days. I used mine for 4 nights with mattress protector and Nextdaymatress customer service told me that it was used, so no return, not even exchange offered. Furthermore, my Hypos mattress was "lost by the shipping company", so finally I received it 1 week later. Bad logistics, bad customer service, bad shopping experience.
They don’t send you your products
I ordered a mattress, a mattress protector, a duvet, and two pillows. Only the mattress came and when I tried to contact their customer service online, I get no response at all

I have ordered a 15cm mattress, it arrived as 13cm, tried to talk to customer service for 3 weeks, but there was nothing they can do "as it wasn't their fault on their side". So whos fault was it then? This online store is not a real shop, they are a sort of middle man for mattresses. Buyers beware.

WHAT A JOKE
where do I start with this company.... ordered 2 mattresses 1 was 3-4 weeks the other was 4 weeks. so far I'm on week 7 and no delivery no communication from these guys. they keep changing the dates when i message them and ask them. When I'm asking about what's the options for a refund they just ignore you on a chat! What a JOKE! Spend over £700 and they don't even communicate with you. So far my date is now the 28th of July from the 23rd and that can change again! so my 3-4 weeks is looking like 10 weeks!! you need to change your name! God knows when I'm going to get these mattresses and they don't even seem bothered when you chat to them!! poor customer service and poor promises and poor delivery!

Would definitely use again
EXPENSIVE MISTAKE
We ordered a firm mattress and the so-called next day service delivered the mattress over 14 days later on 31st August. The dimensions of the mattress were right at the extreme of the tolerances given in their Ts and Cs ie nearly 5cms on BOTH the width and length of the mattress. So big that it did not fit the bedframe without a struggle. The worst was that the mattress sinks in and we could feel the springs. We have a combined weight of only 140 kgs which is very light for 2 adults so sinking into a firm mattress would not happen. We made the company aware that we wanted to return the mattress. They would not do anything until we pay a company £30 to 'test' the mattress. Any decent company like CASPAR, EMMA, SILENTNIGHT do not try to deceive their customers. We are not the only ones with this issue. Read the other reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE A FIRM MATTRESS from this company.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Company delivered a stained used mattress and said it was brand new. Will not exchanged until paypal was involved and the mattress was exchanged. The delivery guy that brought the new mattress damaged my radiator. Since then I have been chasing the company to repair and would not return my call neither repair product. Name of the guy in charge is Kevin. This is a terrible company. Dont buy their product.
