Good quality frames, the leases are correct and they fit me perfectly. And they were delivered in under 24 hours from ordering.

Always a bit apprehensive buying online prescription glasses but can confirm that this is a genuine company with great service. With this sort of competition then hopefully the high street options will realise that people can see through the shady practice of using your PD to force you to pay their exorbitant prices.

I left my glasses at home and only realised having arrived at my parents 200 miles away. We're supposed to be here for the week and I didn't fancy wearing contact lenses constantly.

I ordered a pair of glasses at 10pm on Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday before mid-day for a very reasonable price.

I urgently needed new distance glasses, as my pup got hold of my original pair. The website was easy to use in terms of choice, colour, sizing opinions and the ability to see yourself in them. I ordered them on a Saturday, and they came the next day as requested, fantastic service, helped me out of a hole!
Also as an aside they came in a case, never had that from previous online companies.

Ordered a pair of glasses, which arrived promptly and with the correct prescription. Unfortunately, their PD measuring software incorrectly measured my PD, which affected the vision. However, their customer support was excellent and they replaced my glasses with the correct PD. Will definitely use their service again.

I was having trouble with my old prescription so went to the high street to have an eye test and was given a new script with a -3.25 CYL. My optician said it would take a couple of weeks to get the glasses made. I wanted them sooner as I was going abroad for 2 weeks before they would be ready and wanted time to get used to these new glasses before going back to work.

I looked at several websites that offered next day glasses but most of them wanted 7-10 days for anything more than -2 CYL. I found Next Day Spex and although I didn’t see the same notice, I placed an order with low expectations with the thinking that if (as I expected) they didn’t arrive on time, I’d at least have a spare pair.

I ordered on Saturday evening and received an email Sunday to say that they were ready! They explained that there was an issue sending out on a Sunday but assured me that they would be sent Monday for Tuesday delivery. They apologised and offered a refund for the next day service I’d paid for but I was just so relieved to know that they’d be with me before I went away.

Customer service is brilliant and they replied to my queries via email and WhatsApp within minutes. I made a mistake with my prescription as my vision was still blurry following the eye test and I neglected to double check things, but they offered a solution that I was happy with.

As I was going abroad I also asked if it was possible for them to get sunglasses made to my new prescription and delivered in time for my departure, which they were also able to do. They didn’t have the exact lenses I’d ordered but they again contacted me quickly and offered me a more expensive option at no extra cost.

Glasses arrived Tuesday morning and I’m very happy with them. I’m just so glad that I have a chance to get used to the new prescription before I have to drive for my job on my return.

It’s not often I’m compelled to write a review. But this level of service needs to be commended. My 16 yr old son had managed to lose one arm of his glasses. He has a strong and complicated prescription. Went to Specsavers and we were told 2 weeks. Despite the fact that he can not function without glasses. There was no choice. So I ordered them but then hunted for an alternative. Came across these guys and at 11.30pm I sent a text with his complicated prescription - thinking they would never be able to do this prescription in a few days - never mind next day. I got a response immediately - at 11.30pm saying they could do that and I’d get them 24 hrs later. I was cynical. I asked a few more annoying questions the next day, placed my order just before 2. Asked another question at 3.15 and was informed they had already been made!!! Then I saw that they were logged as with Royal Mail by about 4pm and sure enough - a lovely pair of perfect Ray Ban specs arrived at around 2pm the next day. And at a very reasonable price. And my son had glasses for school! The thinning of lenses was actually cheaper than the £140 that Specsavers charge. Also, Specsavers told me the lenses were being made in China!!!! Thus the long lead time. Avoid Specsavers and buy from a British company with exceptional service. I’ve already told a load of people about nextdayspex. It might sound like I was paid to say this, but I was not. It’s good to speak about the things that go well and not always complain. Thanks guys.
